The owner has a nasty attitude. She constantly screw up her employee checks up and when they complain or threaten to report her she removes them from their sites (job sites)with no warning or write ups and tells them they don't have to work for her trying to force them to quit by not giving them any assignments. I think this is despicable and definitely against the law. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
