Very disappointing - I have been seeing doctors from this office for 5-6 years. There was a change of management called and since then, they would charge you literally on everything. For example, when my referral letter was expired for a specialist whom I have been seeing for years, in the past, they would call me on the phone for 1 minute and re-issue the referral letter for free as the doctor simply asked my name and info to re-confirm my identity. There is no consultation/advice needed. Now they said they need to charge $30 for this stupid 1 minute simply just to get a referral letter which has been the same for years!! Last time, they also wanted to charge me $30 for coming to see the annual checkup report it was free before the new management. Stupid rules, they just want your MONEY! Time to move on to a new clinic!
The Drs here are fabulous! I've been a patient for about 5 years and have received amazing care. They really listen and are so willing to help in any way they can. It's easy to get an appt and they offer telemed. The practice is run pretty much like an urgent care so if you don't have an appointment you can still walk in and get treated.
Front desk staff were very unprofessional and disorganized, making mistakes from time to time when patients asked for reports. Very impatient with patients, when the patient asks unclear questions, the answer is very rude
Good medical practice. Can be busy sometimes, but they are fast and efficient
Do not waste your precious time with this office. If there was an option to give 0 stars, that's what I would've given. To start off, the front office staff are loud and rude to patients; especially when they have to repeat themselves to elderly patients, they use a very harsh and irritated tone towards them. Second, having an appointment is equivalent to not having one because you end up waiting 1-2 hrs to see the doctor you made an appointment with. Yes, they do give you the option to "see some one else", so then what was the appointment for? My last straw was when they told me that they did not run one of my tests which was very important because I failed to let them know whether I was paying out-of-pocket or using my insurance. Well, who in the right mind would pay out-of-pocket if insurance covers the test? They claimed to have "tried" to contact me but was not able to reach me, and yet I don't have any missed calls or voicemails.
Came back for a routine body check up report, have me waiting for more than an hour and still waiting. I am writing this at the medical office now. I am changing doctor for good.
You must be their patients first in order to take a COVID vaccine. Save your time if you are not.
I would like to recommend Dr. Cynthia Tam to my friends.
Translated by Google My husband was in Chinatown to see a doctor during the epidemic. He called in and asked the doctor to prescribe the medicine and transfer it to the pharmacy for about a week, but it was not ready. Finally, I called the front desk and said that I will prescribe it for you in the next morning. But After I went to the pharmacy, I went to the clinic again and said that the attitude of the front desk staff was very bad. It's very bad anyway, it's happened a few times. The second time I saw the doctor and asked me to wait for an afternoon. I asked the front desk why it wasn't my turn yet. The front desk said you didn't write the time for the appointment. The record says yes. The attitude is still so bad. I saw my husband being honest. Fortunately, I went with her that day. Original .. ...
Translated by Google The time has been revised, and it is not revised on the Internet, nor is it verbally informed, it is just posted by the door of the distant clinic, and only a clairvoyant can see it! Stop making excuses for "no time"! Original “”
