Hand Down the Best Medical Providers in New York City , My entire family's health has elevated since we all transferred here, which was over 5 years ago. The Front Staff is excellent, The nurses are excellent, the Medical Advice and Attention Dr. Mui and Dr. Au provide are absolutely unparalleled.

I've moved away from NYC and no longer see Dr. Wingtat Mui, but I have to say, he's the best PCP I've ever had. His bedside manner is amazing: he takes the time to talk and get to know you as a patient, and truly makes you feel like he cares and it's reassuring to feel like I'm in good care. I don't think I'll ever find another PCP that made me feel as comfortable and safe as he had. The facility and staff are all wonderful. Truly, thank you

Dr. Wing Tat Mui is a great doctor, but the billing manager that seems to running things seems to have poor billing practices by having this ridiculous policy. Their rule is new patients with commercial/employer funded insurances can only be seen at certain times of the year, even though they are in-network and I believe have contractual obligations to see these patients at any reasonable time... This seems like discrimination and can get them into a lot of trouble. When I switch to bluecross blueshield insurance, which they are also in-network with, they refused me and said I have to pay cash because their billing manager says they're having issues with that insurance company. I'd be less annoyed if they told me they'd let me know when they resolve the insurance problem but they gave me the impression that they're not even trying to fix it and abandoning all patients with that insurance. I ended up having to find another PCP, which is very annoying because you have to repeat your medical history to someone else. I do not think the doctor himself is at fault for this but his billing manager running things the way she wants with little regard, or clueless to the legal implications she could be bringing to him. Its very frustrating that I have to find another primary care over this.

I wanted to make an appointment with a doctor, but the person who answered the phone was very unreasonable and rude. She was very impatient and just hung up.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Mui end of September 2019. After seeing urgent care, virtual urgent care, having no luck booking appointments through my insurance to see a PCP due to COVID much longer wait times, I found Dr. Mui! Even though it was out of pocket, his rate was super affordable, and I can tell based on the patients he sees, he really cares about everyone he diagnoses. He was very patient, wonderful bedside manner, and a clear gem in Chinatown. I only wish he would have a location in the Upper East Side! We would love to have Dr. Mui in the Yorkville area. :

We, my husband and I, are very thrilled with Dr. Mui! We were his patients years ago through a different office. We are so happy to find him again. Dr. Mui is very patience, kind, gentle and took the time, as long as we needed, to answer all our questions. Yes, my husband and I asked so many questions that many doctors we visited were annoyed. But, it's our body, we should have the right to know what's going on and what is best for our bodies. We really appreciate the bedside manner and his professionalism. Please be prepared for the wait if you walk in, because Dr. Mui will spend quality time with every client before he can see you.

Dr.Mui is a really caring doctor. He uses his best ways to explain to me as a patient to understand the purposes and reasons of the treatments. He is so far the best doctor I have ever seen.

Dr. Mui is a very caring doctor with great bedside manner! The on-site laboratory makes it very convenient for tests, and the nurses are wonderful especially for someone who has tiny veins! They have made my visits easy and stress-free. Thank you!

The front desk went above and beyond to take care of my grandpa. They were incredibly personable, not just to us but to each other too. Dr. Mui took the time to go over all my grandpa's medication and explain to me what it was for. He's incredibly kind and caring. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

Dr. Mui is a very patient and approachable primary care doctor He wouldn't rush you to finish your visit unlike other Asian doctor. Office is clean and quiet. Employees are very professional. Price is very reasonable. Highly recommend Dr. Mui.
