Love this place! Found it on Groupon and called to make an appointment. Very easy to make appointments, has good availability for many different times. Great service going in - I didn’t have to wait long. They really care to find the best setting for your skin and hair type. Also very knowledgeable and give good aftercare tips.

I travel from Silver Spring, Maryland just to come to this location! I've been to 2 other locations for laser and never received the treatment I get here. They are so kind and sweet and I love how they explain everything in detail for you. They go at my pace and I feel really comfortable here. I truly recommend it considering the service and price range.

I have been going to metropolitan med spa for almost a year now and I always have a pleasant experience! Everybody is friendly and happy to answer all your questions! I am definitely recommending this establishment to my friends !

Have been getting treatments here for awhile now and have seen some progress. Although prices have gone up a bit, they have the best deals compared to everywhere else. Overall the staff are compliant and try to give the best service possible.

I started with my treatment two months ago and my impression so far is not the best. I payed the 6 sessions of 30 minutes package because the they said they would cover all the areas in that time, and of course they do, but seems that they are not covering all parts from the areas to treat or not paying attention to the specific parts I really need to get rid of my hair, and last night I had a 23 minutes session. They seem been in a hurry all the time and don't see the specific necesites for the costumer. I googled the machine and it's a great machine, that is why I am still hopping the treatment would have good results, but if they don't use it as they should do, I don't know about the results. I also did not have a good response on a phone call with the administration for questions after my first session, it was kinda unprofessional and not polite, totally different from the talk we had before getting the package. I will give an update of my process. And see if I would rate it better.
