Service representative was excellent. There was no high pressure sales pitch. He just listened to our needs and ,made excellent suggestions . He worked with us on the price and his student is even helping us with our closet. When we went to the showroom it was immaculate and we could make a great selection .
Called them about product and they responded in a timely manner and had item waiting for me the next day.

Elvis has a great thing going at Micalline! From start to finish, his team took extraordinary care to make sure we were in love with all the surfaces they fabricated and installed for us. They completed a full kitchen remodel, master bath, my son’s bath, laundry room and wet bar. All applications look stunning and we could not be happier. David and his team included me from start to finish so that every detail was covered. Can’t wait for them to complete our media room and additional bathrooms. I will gladly refer them to friends and family!!

We loved the way the shower walls and tub surround turned out. The guys who did the install were very professional and they definitely did an outstanding job in our bathroom. I have already been name dropping Micalline’s products and the installation guys, Fella, Luther and Michael to family and friends who may be looking for a bath remodel. Phillip, Richard and Greg, installed our new surround yesterday. We are returning customer's, and Phillip had installed our Master Bedroom surround about 6 years ago. In an age of declining levels of service, or no service at all, Phillip and his crew stand as the Gold standard of installers. Your excellent product is matched by Phillip and his crew of installers. Skilled, friendly and through work builds confidence that few firms offer, after the sale. My wife and I extend our highest praise and testimony to Phillip, Richard and Greg. Joe and Cindy Tonsing.
Good and VERY bad. Originally our experience with Micalline's was a positive one. We met with a consultant, chose our slabs, went back in a few weeks later to make sure our slab was good and they wanted to discuss cutting out a bad area with us and where our sink would be placed. They came to install it Aug 6 th but didn't attach ,seal or caulk a small section beside our stove. We noticed it a day or two later and contacted our contractor who informed us that he would take care of it . After weeks of it not being fixed , we called Micalline's ourselves on Oct. 19 th. to inquire if someone would be able to come out and complete the job on the granite that they installed months earlier. The gentleman that called us back scoffed and stated he was one of the people who installed it and remembered the section. He actually said " it's not like I'm just going to hop in the truck and come all the way out there, we'll finish it the next time we come out that way." We asked when that might be and he said he had no idea. So apparently it's not too far if they are taking thousands of dollars from us.. but it's too inconvenient for them to finish . It has now been nearly 4 months and they still have not finished sealing our granite or even attempted to keep in touch to let us know we haven't been forgotten. NOT good customer service if you ask us. They are aware of the unfinished job and are clearly in no hurry to complete it. So at this point we would highly recommend you DO NOT use this company, unless you want to pay thousands for incomplete countertops and to be brushed off as an inconvenience. Update: That bit of info had zero value to the response from Micalline's when the man called us back. When we called on October 19th we in fact, informed the man that the cabinet had been secured. He responded with the reply about not just jumping in the truck and coming all the way out here. He told us that he would contact us the next time they were out this way. That response had nothing to do with the contractor that we had. We have politely been very patient, even though the man who called us back was so rude about it. After paying so much and being so patient, you would think it wouldn't take a bad review to get the attention that should have come with the product and service we paid for or even the friendly reminder call that we gave. We are busy people as well and gave your business the benefit of the doubt not once; but twice, so I disagree that we are misplacing " the heat" as far as finishing the job and customer service up to this point. I will be contacting you when my schedule permits and appreciate your willingness to complete the job I have already paid you for… Update2 : Although their original response seems to be missing and they have marked my review as “not a client”, we indeed had work done, but it was through a shoddy contractor. Micallines stood by their work and has finished installing the original countertop that the contractor had said he would finish and didn’t and we also had them do our 5x 8 kitchen island. And it looks fabulous! And it even matches the granite they originally installed. We couldn’t be happier. PLUS they brought us the rest of the slab so we can use it for another project. Even with the original issues we DO recommend them! And feel the trouble was connected to the contractor as we had zero issues dealing directly with Micalline’s ourselves after we stopped contact with the contractor . We have sent several friends and co workers to them since .
