I had my countertops installed today and they came out even better than I had expected. I'm very happy. Plus, the two installers were knowledgeable, gave me some tips on how to clean it and were overall great.
Matt and Robert installed our kitchen countertops today and we can't be more pleased. They did a wonderful job, very professional, everything was as ordered and really fit well together. They patiently answered all my questions. Thank you so much Matt and Robert ...definitely recommend them and Solid Surfaces!
Sam came out to measure out my countertops this morning. He was super efficient and knowledgeable!!! He even gave me some great ideas on a future project I have in mind. Great customer service and we look forward to working with Solid Surfaces Inc in the future.
If you are a homeowner, I would recommend staying away from this company. They have good service for contractors but really horrible service for individual homeowners. Our experience was that they were unresponsive to calls and emails and took a much longer to get things done. Often times, we would have to follow up multiple times to get something done, and even then they would try to find reasons not to come out and accomplish a task. Would not recommend, try to find an alternative at all cost.
Can't say enough great things about everyone there . Mr Jeff is 1 of the nicest gentlemen you will ever meet .
Bill and Benny are top notch. They did our kitchen in Shandon.Great communication from there office staff until completion and the price was great. My wife and I are realtors and would recommend.
This place did not actually have what we needed. It appears they sell nice stuff, not like our cheaply made kitchen, haha! They were very friendly and DID point us in the right direction of where to go. Also, one of the guys followed us out to the parking lot with another suggestion in case we didn't find what we needed. Great customer service!
