I always run into someone I know here. It's a good local hole in the wall where Papa John got his start. Would probably be five stars if I was still a smoker and wanted to hang out in a place that still allowed indoor smoking. Which is why i don't go but once or twice a year if that. Would be nice if they would at least install some kind of exhaust for all that smoke so people that don't smoke didn't have to go home smelling like an ashtray.

Absolutely love everything about this place. It's small, cozy, great drinks and music and even karaoke.

Updated 1/1/22, Great place for some adult fun, I have since started attending Mick's a couple of times a week, here some need to know if your planning a visit. CASH ONLY ATM ON SITE, This place ROCKS the KARAOKE on Tue and Friday nights...Food is available most nights 3 pool tables, This place is ROCKING 4 , looking for some local fun can't go wrong here, it looses the 5th simply because some bartenders believe tips and what they want to hear on the Jukebox is the gospal and have been known to Rock the Tortoise vs the Rabbit when someone plays some music they don't particularly like THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND THEY ARE WORKING NOT PARTING some bartenders have been known to lower the volume on the music if they don't like what's being played.

Has become a very improved and much better atmosphere in the last year.... younger crowd... lots of live music and kereoke.... good times, good bnb people most any night of the week now!!! Even Tuesdays, which for professional bar goers is the impossible night of the week! Plus you can still smoke in thier which is a hard commodity to come by these days! Good strong and well made drinks and a cheap and reasonable price!!! If you havent been there in a while, I recommend trying it out again!

The place is one of the better options for the area. The food is okay for a bar, but the prices on drinks is what I do enjoy. Not only that, but $0.50 pool games can’t be beat when everywhere else is $0.75. The bartenders are very friendly and made me and my friends feel welcomed on our first visit. A good recommendation.

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this bar. In the condition its in they would do better if they had bartenders who were more polite and didn’t drink on the job drinking on the job is a proven factor in bars that fail. The bartender said her parents owned the bar and she felt very entitled and was very rude and I highly believe alcohol played a huge factor with all the shots she took during my visit . The bartender was extremely hostile over everything I said I don’t know if it was because I’m black or what but it really made me uncomfortable. The owner should really think about who they let run the bar and yes I had one complaint that I directly told her about & that is a opportunity to make things right not turn the music off and become confrontational. This is a very candid review and I hope it help someone else make a better decision on where they take their business.

Mick's is pretty much the only place I like to go when I go out. Julie has THE BEST plate lunches in town! It's like Cheers for me there, everyone knows everyone else. The bartenders are great! I never leave there without hearing a funny story. It's a really great place to go any day or evening of the week. They have karaoke twice a week, live bands, jam sessions, pool tournaments....good food, friendly people and plenty of fun!

Good food and good service! Had one of their fantastic dressed cheeseburgers and their delicious chili topped with onions and cheese. Only negative is that if you are a non smoker, the cigarette odor may bother you.

The lunches are great, the Hamburgers are hand pressed, not frozen. There are some pretty awesome pool players here too, so put your money where your mouth is. They have different lunches Mon thru Fri from 11 to 1:30 and after lunch they have appetizers. As for there prices for beer and long pour drinks is the best in town. 5 thumbs up. Great atmosphere and bartenders. Live Bands on Saturday's most weekends. They are on Facebook with lunch specials and event announcements. Check it out. Best place in town.
