Training here was absolutely amazing the team trainers went above and beyond to do such an excellent job in preparing the cook, server and bartenders for the reopening of the store. The inside has been redone to such perfection I’m truly amazed with how it has turned out. The food is five stars all the way and getting better with every order. I suggest everyone to come out to experience the wonderful atmosphere, serve and food. I can’t wait to see how this business grows!
Decided to try the menu again and this time I ordered the center cut sirloin. The upside is that it was cooked exactly the way that I wanted and it was seasoned perfectly. Downside is that the steaks are not bad, just simply not as tender as a sirloin could be. Otherwise, the white cheddar mashed potatoes are very tasty and the service remains great
Ordered a steak med rare and got a piece of leather basically, was told my order would be replaced for free, when I tried to get my order replaced they came out to curb side pick up with a styrofoam box full of lettuce. No steak
Great service from Ali, our server! She was excellent, as was the food! Appetizers ate large!!! Beware!
Supper for 3 who all got ribbys, sodas and tea was all good. Steaks cooked to order. The server quick and efficient, made up for the greater being on the phone upon are arrival. As for the atmosphere, 630p, dark, brought out the intense interior lighting. Yes, indeed, you will see what you are eating. As for the decor, I felt like I was transported in time to a 1950s route 66 dinner. Since the restaurant staff can't help with the decor nor the lighting which I can't hold them accountable because they had no input, only upper level management with titles containing multiple alphabets are to blame, so I'll give them a 5 star rating.
We wanted to check out the location since it had been reopened. The atmosphere was much improved, lighter and just beautiful! The food was typically Tumbleweed- as was the service. The food was good, but not something you couldn't get elsewhere, and the service hasn't really changed much- too many tables per server, so service was very slow. They've gotten rid of the queso candles which is understandable since they just reopened after a fire. Overall, not bad, but not much improved. We'll still go back.
This one just reopened. Their remodel is nice,i personally like the old style,it had more personality,in my opinion. Our waitress was awesome, and the food was there fast and tasted great. There were 9 people in our group and she remembered all of our drinks, condiments, and whatever else the whole time we were there. I will definitely be going back there.
Trying the newly opened tumbleweed was the wrong decision. Service was terrible! food was sub par with cold chicken burrito and a queso that took 20 or so minutes to even be brought out! took forever to get anything you asked for because waiter/ waitress would always stop and talk to employees then forget about anything we asked for and wouldn’t come back for a solid 10-15 minute period until we asked again. At this time the restaurant was barely full so there should not have been any excuse. But the waiter/waitress would make the excuses every time she/ he came back. Plus it’s sad seeing employees mock customers and other employees. I would recommend not eating there unless you like getting upset.
I don’t know what has happened to the fajitas but, prior to the fire, this was my moms favorite restaurant. It’s hard to get her to eat anything so when she asks for tumbleweed, I usually get it for her because she loves the fajitas. The last two times I have ordered, the onions are barely cooked, the fajitas are flavorless, there are 0 green peppers and they served her a tomato in quarter pieces. Is she supposed to cut it herself so that she can put them in the Tortilla? I’m confused by this. Certainly not what it used to be. $23 for these if you them delivered. Not worth $5.
Best Bacon Cheeseburger I have had in a long time. My only issue is the floor is too slick for the type of chairs you use. I just hope no one gets hurt. Of course, I am disabled and could be overly concerned.Food: 5/5
