This place has all your electronics needs I wish there were more locations. I guess the rarity makes it worth every visit. Downside of this place they do mark up then mark down for sales, make sure you check prices of sale items because it may not be a deal.
If it's computer related Microcenter most likely has it. PC gaming components are popular and the stock was good. CPUs and GPUs and Motherboards all in stocks. Let me highlight one more thing that should not be overlooked, The Employees are super helpful and are Not trying to push something on you just to make a sale. I like very much.
I spent 3000$ building a pc here, the manager was down to earth and very experienced with locating parts off the website on showroom floor. Wish there was more stores. Thank you for your services.
Nice store, nice staff. But i did notice they are trying to sell a pc for $2000 with a totally messed up graphics card, i really hope they wont scam anybody with that. Please remove it off the shelves it’s embarrassing.
I recently had to purchase a CPU from Micro Center and had to deal with some paperwork. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and were very accommodating. I would definitely come back for future purchases rather than purchasing parts online. Definitely worth the drive to Marietta!
One of the few stores, where they give you honest, expert advice. The management and staff are excellent. I drive out of my way from Grant Park, because of the multiple positive experiences I’ve had at this location. I’m a real person, and want others to know how good this store is. Need a computer, a part for a computer, or gaming peripherals? This place has it in abundance. The staff here is always eager to help and are very good at helping you make decisions based on what you need and not the most expensive item. I won't admit how often I shop here, but their weekly deals are unmatched by local competitors.
I purchased a processor and motherboard combo in late September. It took me over the allowed return period to pin point and identify there was a problem with the motherboard. I contacted general support, and the support ticket was referred to my store. Within the hour, I was given a call by the store Manager Michael. I was allowed to exchange my items. Because of current promotions, I received upgraded components at a lower price ! It was not fun having to unbuild and rebuild my PC, however the better components sure made it exciting vs just a repair. Great customer service !! Great communication !! Customer for life !! Thanks Michael and Marietta Micro Center !!
Man this place is cool. I have a gaming PC I built and come here any time I need parts. Has a better selection than Amazon and better prices than Amazon and NewEgg, especially when there’s sales. The real benefit here is the customer service. These folks really know their stuff! If you need anything computer related, trust me check this place out. Their website is great too.
Valerie V. was an absolute delight today when we bought one of the new 4090’s. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all kind. She made sure to respect my partner and I’s pronouns. The person running the experience outside of the store at the front door did a fantastic job of setting expectations and managing the chaos, but I did not catch his name. Also the person checking us out was incredibly helpful, accurate, and respectful. Truly a 10/10 handling of what could have been an absolute chaotic disaster…looking at you BB
