Great local shop that will take good care of you! I went in this morning needed to upgrade my whole stereo system on my 2001 Xterra. They had a cancellation and were able to fit me in for the install right then luckily. Ask for Adam, he was very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me at all. Very happy customer here. 2nd time I’ve used them and will be back for my wife’s car to upgrade soon.
This place is amazing! I’ve used them 3 times now to upgrade my radio in my car. They always give the best service and offer the best advice. I’ve never been pressured to get the most expensive item, just the one best for me. I will continue to use them until I move out of Georgia.
Patrick was phenomenal. He didn't try to upsell me and the deal he offered was lower than any of the estimates I received from other shops in the area. He communicated very well with me. I had my wife car did as well. She loved it. So we will definitely do business with them again. Patrick, you are the MAN.
Extremely Impressed! Want to start off by thanking Andy for his guidance, thoroughness and honesty. I had speakers and a touchscreen installed at a different shop. The other shop did a very bang up job so I came to Sound Sensations to rectify and also add a subwoofer to the mix. Andy listened to my wants without trying to upsell me and even scored me a deal on the setup. Additionally once they fixed everything he took the time to explain to me exactly what had been done incorrectly from the previous shop. I left feeling whole and with a complete understanding of what was done to my vehicle. Not to mention my Jeep sounds incredible. If you are in the market for car audio, don't even think twice about going to another shop- these guys are the REAL DEAL! Thanks Andy and Sound Sensation team :
I needed an old alarm to be removed because it was causing me problems. After contacting about a dozen shops plus two different Mitsibushi dealers, I became concerned that nobody could remove the alarm. It had a "Kill" switch which would render the car useless if I lost the the last key fob. I had just put 5K into fixing the car and now it looked like that was wasted money. Two sound/alarm shops recommended Sound Sensations. I was sure they would be like the rest. But these guys have the knowledge to do anything. The alarm is gone and I'm an extremely satisfied customer.
Andy quoted me $1,360 to install a basic bluetooth stereo and backup camera into a handicap van, not including the cost of the unit. Best Buy quoted $230 for the same service. Definitely taking advantage of their potential customers, especially the handicapped. They might do a good job at high-end installations, but price gouging is unethical. Shame on you, my wife has a terminal illness and you saw a chance to turn a tidy profit. Awful.
Great experience. The first stereo they installed for me was in 1984 in my Jeep. Almost 40 years later I would not go anywhere else. They have done 3 installs for me in the last 24 months.
I have always had beat in my whips, but never have I experienced such a god vibe from everyone. I didn’t meet everyone but Andy knew his s*** and made me feel super confident with my purchase. Everyone was hella cool, they got this comfy chair that will put you to sleep when you sit in it lol… love this place they can have all my money. I will be back to add more stuff but for now I am happy.
Andy and the techs are amazing I’ve had them do both of my cars and I love them will definitely return and recommend them to anyone wanting anything to do with car stereo thanks again guys see ya again soon !
Had two Kenwood stereo cd/dvd receivers put in my rv. I got great service done in a timely way. Patrick was very patient and caring in explaining the working of the units. Also, I appreciate that Patrick called me a couple days later to see if everything was fine. Very please with results. B. Morgan
