You know Target never cease to let me down, when it comes to customer service neatness cleanliness Target definitely gets the win 110% however the only negative thing I have to say is in there men's department I wish they will go up to a 3XL instead of only stopping at a 2XL. Overall I can't complain when it comes to shopping at Target I see why everyone shops here and is considered being call bougie
I love target. I go to target regularly. This was my first visit to this target and I am shocked at how awful they are to customers. I wanted to purchase an Apple Pencil. I went in and went straight for tech. The target I shop at requires an associate to get an apple pencil. So I waited patiently at the tech kiosks. A associate did walk up and started throwing things in a box completely ignoring me. So I waited until she was finished and then asked for help to find the Apple Pencil gen 1. Without speaking she marched to the area they should be. When she discovered the shelf empty she cussed and marched away. She reappeared a few minutes later. Shoved the box at me and said “here” and walked away. Look I get it. I’m a customer service representative. Been in customer service for many years. Hell my first job was at target, and I don’t mind cussing. I understand customers are annoying and it didn’t help they are under renovations. But that was the WORST customer service experience I have EVER experienced. If I want that kind of service I will go to Walmart. I am so disappointed in this Target and their service standards. There was not a kind word shared towards me the entire way in the store. I will NOT be returning to this Target ever again.
I love the quality and price of the products sold at Target. Clothing is stylish and home products are current and fashionable. Store is always clean and orderly. Checkout is usually more efficient than other big box stores.
This Target has to be one of the worse ones. My cashier Monalisa did not have much of a personality, moved slowly and was the only cashier available. This alone should be unacceptable. CiCi “assisted” and took various “salvaged” items from my cart. I had 3 items that I found in the in the sale section. The 2 employees originally wanted to charge me full price for them. After a while, a line formed behind me, they concluded that it was salvaged and not up for sale. note that a few minutes before they were full price if I wanted them. I noted that there were various of these exact items still left in the section I found them. It should not be left upon the customer to find the salvaged items. Another one of my items didn’t ring up properly but that will be a problem for another day as this is not how I plan to start the new year. I am not used to this unreliability and lack of customer service from Target.
I’m a regular and normally happy customer. However, recently I went to this location and was dismayed that the security at the exit went through the bags of a Black female customer in front of me and then literally refused to go through mine. What’s up with that, management? Even if the lady in front of me —whom I happened to know personally —-was your “random selection”, the optics AND impact of this decision were extremely poor. Please train your security better. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
My husband and I like to use the self checkout because I like to take my time and make sure I’ve gotten all the items I need. The associate seemed upset that we passed on him helping us checkout and wanted to wait for self checkout. I guess only criminals do that because he follows us to the self checkout and presides to check our items out as if we planned to steal!!! I felt uncomfortable and walked out the store. My husband stayed and finished our transaction. We have no reason to steal from any place and I just did not like the way the associate behaved. I’m glad there are other targets to go to!
This is my go-to Target. No complaints. It's well-organized. Honestly I can't help but buy a lot every time I go here. That's the case with all Targets though. There's just something about it lol.
Fantastic service at West Marietta store. We went looking for a Christmas tree that I saw online and was only sold in store. It showed that they had 2 instore. When we arrived they did not have their Christmas trees out yet, they said they would be putting them out by the next day. Jocelyn at the counter called for help and Flo went to look, Bryan came out from back and said that they were checking in the containers in back Flo, Cici and Chris Mac found it and brought it to customer service Jocelyn help us checkout. Thanks to you all
Search for LR 23A 12V battery and the first result is a 2 pack at target for $4.59. I head to the store and pick it up myself, went through the checkout and I was charged $6.29 for exactly the same thing. Once home I look it up again and find when you click on that first screen, they reveal in the 2nd screen in fine print that the original price quoted applies only for an internet order. Seems like bait and switch to me. That's the kind of stuff that will keep me from returning in the future.
I love the layout of this Target and Loren our cashier was wonderful and educational on the target circle app!!!! Major props to him for excellent customer service..we are now apart of his gold star club ;
