I'm not sure if this place is family owned but I LOVE IT! Best pepperoni rolls in town and the lady who works the register is always so upbeat,funny, & polite. Anytime I'm working in Cheat Lake I make sure I stop by!

I don’t know what happened…but the sliced tomatoes are thicker than the ham they put on the sandwich. Cutting corners is not going to help.

I have alway got the soup and was always Pleased.i haven't got the soup for a while and decided to get soup and it was gross. I shop here alot and the Deli has went downhill since the switch.

I drive 4 hours from Ohio 2-3 times a year and pick up dozens of pepperoni rolls for my friends who don’t know what one is. I picked up 3 Dozen on 8-7-21. They were ready at said time but forgot the marinara. Waited about 15 minutes for 3 little tubs. Got in my car and left. I pulled one out to eat, because they are good warm, was way over done. Looked in my other 2 Dozen and the same thing. I was to far in my drive to go back. Very disappointed this time! Over done, hard as rocks. Wasn’t worth the 50$ I spent!

Store was not stocked, employees were not friendly and the person making the extremely small Italian sub that I ordered did not know what he was doing and took about 10 minutes to make it. The manager was talking with what appeared to be another manager or supervisor and was then approached by a young female employee who he yelled at in front of everyone in the store. Really unprofessional and just a bad experience for a pitifully small sandwich on a stale bun.

Overall, a pretty good market/deli. They do offer some nice selections of sandwiches, meats, and cheeses. One of my favorites is their chicken BLT, and imported prosciutto. Downsides would be a little pricey, but not by much. Tried the recommend potato salad and it was a bit lacking in terms of bite and taste. 4/5 stars. Will continue to visit but would visit more if prices were lowered by 5 or 10%.

Food is always good but the past few times I've been in my order has been wrong. Normally its just been something I can remove but today there was stuff I didn't want plus it wasn't even the correct meat. They said turkey but it was ham. I'm not super picky and it still tasted fine but its frustrating that I can't seem to get what I actually ordered.

It's a little convenience store. They sell gas. The attendants are always nice. The place is neat and clean. Have a little fireplace that you can sit down and drink your coffee or read your paper beside. They also have a little place where you can order ready-made food.

Store always clean. Now since BFS bought it hopefully stays that way.. items always in stock, best pepperoni rolls ive had!

Worst customer service of any gas station I’ve ever been too . I didn’t get a refund for gas I didn’t use. Highly recommend others to go elsewhere especially if you live in Morgantown and near the cheat lake area . I can’t believe I have to give a star because they don’t deserve one.
