I just purchased my second vehicle from Kristina at MidState Hyundai. She always takes the time to help me figure out and make the best decision that I’ll not only be happy with but that is the best fit for my family and my budget. She never rushes or pressures me and I feel more than comfortable working with her. I bought a great Jeep that I love and I’ll definitely be back to see her next time I’m ready to buy a vehicle again!

I purchased a car from Kristina and she is full of energy and really takes the time to make sure you get what you want with a payment that works. We purchased our new Elantra from Midstate and we absolutely love it. If you are thinking of buying a car - ask for Kristina. A great experience.

Bought a 2014 Santa Fe Sport there this week. After a month of looking at different dealerships, researching and test driving cars, we narrowed down what we wanted and ended up finding a great car at midstate. Our salesperson was Meghan and she was wonderful. She took tons of time to answer all of our questions before we made the drive out there which we really appreciated. I also met Kristina who sat in the car with us and helped me figure out our new infotainment system for about 30 minutes after the sale. David, the business manager seemed very knowledgeable and I appreciate his help in getting us a interest rate and payment that worked for our budget. I thought the "bucket walk" was a nice touch and I enjoyed seeing the service deparment before we left. Thanks to Meghan, Kristina, David, Jessica & everyone else that helped with our sale. We will hopefully be back in a few months to upgrade our other ride!

After the initial 1 star review below, they have since contacted me, and gone above and beyond to try to satisfy my issues. It was too bad about the rough start, but they have tried hard to make things right and there is a lot to be said about that. Thank you. I have made repeated calls to both Service and Sales for issues regarding my "new" used car. I have been told "we can take care of that" or "I'll get back to you". No results. Only had the car 2 weeks and so want to make this issues go away. If I get a phone call or some mail because of this post then I will be happier and will consider changing my review. I feel like a one night stand. Sell the car then forget them. If they had told me some of this prior to purchase I would NOT have bought the car. So simple to fix for them but they are just giving lip service and then only if I call them.(Single key, no owners manual and a promised gift card)

Have been happy with the service there for the last few years with John and now very happy with the service from Bob. Bob goes out of his way to be helpful and pleasant and to make dealing with car repairs, which is not typically a fun activity, as easy on the customer as possible. I will continue to have my Hyundai repairs done there as long as Bob and John are behind the counter and I really would like them to know I appreciate them quickly working me into the schedule and being so helpful.
