Tire Warehouse

Update: Issues I was having with tires/vehicle after changeover were not attributed to any work that Tire Warehouse performed. My all season tires (which had 7K miles) were completely worn out due to an alignment I had at the place I purchased them. After calling and speaking with a tech at Tire Warehouse, they suggested the reason this could have happened. Helpful info. It was also great service for the corporate entity to reach out and inquire about what had gone wrong with my first experience.

Don't go to tire warehouse. I went to have my summer tires put on and they did just fine, charging me $60. The next day I discovered the Sunoco down the road will do it for half that if you don't have the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system, notifies you of low air in tires) sensor. My car is old enough that it does not, so I could've had that change done for half the cost. Secondly, I went to replace my brakes in the front on Saturday only to find that they had overtightened the lug nuts. I destroyed all six in the removal process. I went to tire warehouse that day and explained the situation and my frustration and I was told (completely understandably) to come back Monday and that the problem would be righted. I did, and they seemed to have no problem removing all the rest of my lugnuts. So, I thought, great, the problem is resolved. They even replaced two lugnuts that they said would have a problem in the future. I went home, took off the front left wheel, replaced the brakes. Done. Put it back on. Turned the car around and went to remove the front right, only to find that I couldn't get any of the lug nuts off again. I had to use a breaker bar for 5 and the sixth I still cannot remove, and it has now been hopelessly stripped in the process. This makes it three times that I have had hardship because of this company. The only time I would ever set foot in here again is to have them fix what they wronged... twice. Tire Warehouse will never ever receive my business or my recommendation again.
