Midvale Family Dental | Dr. McNeil

I have been coming to Midvale Family Dental since 2004. Although there have been changes in his staff throughout this time, Dr. McNeil's staff have always been very friendly and efficient during this time. As far as Doctor McNeil goes; well he is the consummate professional. Doctor McNeil is extremely versed on the latest procedures. He provides pain free care and his work is the very best! If you need a new dentist or ready for a change, contact Midvale Family Dental. By the way, they are always on time, which is a pet peeve of mine!

I'd like to thank Dr. McNeil and his cracker jack staff for the wonderful job they did for me on my recent visit. I am amazed and very grateful for Dr. Ryan's superb craftsmanship and his attention to detail. The staff are always cheerful and courteous and they greet me every time like they are genuinely happy to see me. It's obvious that they really enjoy their work and it shows!! Is it kinda weird that I look forward to going to the dentist? Thanks Guys,

If you’re looking for a dentist, then don’t look any further, Midvale Family Dentist is your place! Dr. McNeil is a highly exceptional dentist and comes with my highest degree of recommendation! I’ve had reservations towards several dentists I’ve used in the Salt Lake Valley, wondering if the care I had received was necessary? Maybe, but I really don’t know. With Dr. McNeil, I NO longer have to question. It’s simple to find for yourself that he genuinely cares about the patients he serves. I went to him as a teenager and early adulthood and now understand why my parents sent me here. I have now returned to his care and have been going strong for the past 3 years. I can proudly proclaim that I’m happy to be one of his patients and will plan on that continuing until he no longer practices dentistry. At Midvale Family Dentistry they hire people I trust without question. They always have the nicest support staff that replicate Dr. McNeil’s passion of caring for those they serve. They are thorough in their work and do a quality job! Why would you want to look elsewhere? Don’t until you’ve had the Midvale Family experience! It’s a good one!

I was always scared to see the dentist, but with dr. McNeil and his wonderful staff i was able to overcome that fear and have the work i needed to be done. I will now continue to bring my whole family there. I will recommend to anyone i know to go to midvale family dentistry. Thank you so much for caring for your patients and giving them the care they need.

My experience was extremely awkward and uncomfortable. I scheduled my son and myself for a standard cleaning. I couldn't tell you what the DDS's name was because he just walked in, did not introduce himself, was extremely monotone and acted super annoyed by us being there. When it was my turn for cleaning, he was extremely monotone and basically talked me out of doing my service. I needed a deeper cleaning that I originally thought and he basically shoo'ed me out. I felt super awkward and gross when I left. The staff was kind enough but did not even bother asking me why I did not want to reschedule. Barely made any personal attempts to make sure I was happy. They treated me like I was violating their space and my very presence was not welcome at all. Would not ever go back, would tell others to find another location for their cleaning.
