Midwest is the very first company i went to to start looking for a job. They were so nice to me and made sure i was getting what i was looking for. They started job searching for me right away, following up with me via email or phone. Melissa hasn’t failed to keep in touch with me, she’s so awesome! Highly recommend looking with them!

Very impressed with my initial experience. Everyone was kind and helpful. Had one phone call after my interview and never heard back again. Sent an email the week after for feedback and again no response. I'm okay with not being a good fit for a particular position however as a common courtesy you would expect some follow-up or offer to help you find a good fit. I had really high hopes for building a relationship with this agency only to be disappointed.

I have enjoyed all my assignments , Melissa , Kalie, Liz are great to work with . There was one recruiter that I dealt with briefly that was terrible , he kept on calling me for call center jobs , one of them he could not tell me what it was for. Melissa and Kalie came to my rescue . I love the assignment that I am on

This place has good intentions but doesn't live up to them. At first, it seemed like they were going to be able to get me a job but took forever to get back to me. I feel like they try hard but don't have a good track record of consistently getting work for those who need it. You might have better luck with them than I did, but I'd try another staffing agency first.

Palmer Group was very professional and curious. Eric Gramenz was very friendly and helped me find my perfect job. He helped me from day one by walking me to the interview then once I got hired, they helped me transition to the company. I would highly recommend Palmer.
