Do not under any circumstances work for this company. Go to any other staffing in des moines and you will be better off. I was on an assignment where my personal safety was threatened several times, and when I reached out about this nothing was done. They have employees who clock in and clock out when they feel like it and take breaks for 5 hours out of a 8 hour work day, not to mention they all come in high on all sorts of drugs. In the short amount of time I was with them on this assignment, which was id say 8-9 days I have seen a person break his foot because of working drugged up, I have seen a regular forklift driver who by the way thought he was some sort of supervisor when he was literally no one, almost kill another co worker by dropping to high beams that missed the guys head by inches. Like I said do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Unless of course you like to abuse drugs and threaten the safety of others then this is the place for you. :) and also the recruiter Jessica is the worst liar of them all, she told me my assignment ended because I made them aware of what was going on telling me she will let me know when another one opens up, come to find out they labeled me as "ineligible" to work in their system, which is totally fine but at least say it to someone without lying to them, I guess they didn't like having a normal employee there :)

Great hardworking staff. The placement staff at QPS went above and beyond in placing be in my current position as a CNC machine operator. In getting the job the staff worked after hours and as well as emailed me one Friday evening to get everything in order. Very awesome that they are willing to work extra to make sure everything went smoothly for me and the company. I have been working at the company they placed me at for over 6 months now. Come prepared to do a full interview and have your resume and job references on hand and I am sure the awesome staff with find you work too!

OK place to work for....but they don't have many jobs
