My 80 minute facial itself was wonderful. However, during the facial you could clearly hear the receptionists talking, walking up and down the hall, banging and rolling things... I have worked in a spa for 3 years and #1 is courtesy while services are in session. Upon checking out, there was an issue with payment. The front desk accommodated the issue and resolved it for me. But then as I am paying, my esthetician walks out to go home! Again, courtesy! You don’t leave before your client does, ever! It was only 9:10. I think some spa etiquette training is needed.

A wonderful relaxing place! I've had amazing pedicure, massage, and facial. They take the time to ensure your experience is 5 star.
