Milne Travel American Express

Attempting to arrange sooner flight for our son coming home for Christmas from CA due to weather prediction. Called South Burlington officer-where we’ve contacted an agent in the past-no answer, only a VM that I was calling after hours. I called the Middlebury office-I was essentially told that there wasn’t much they could do and that we can’t get our $1600 back. We are still working on. A solution, but we will NEVER use Milne Travel again. The radio ads with Mr. Milne are reassuring that everyone goes out of their way to help customers no matter what the situation. This is most definitely not the case!
