Overall this place is great, free wifi, coffee, clean restrooms with wide stalls, and tourist info. Only reason for 4 star and not 5 is it not being 24 hour

There was a helpful staff member on site to help with any questions and run a small shop. Clean bathrooms and some vending machines are available. For warmer weather there are some picnic tables outside. Exiting and entering the highway isn't an issue from this location.

Nothing much to say. Stopped over because it was very very late and needed a short rest. Didn't go inside. Wasn't busy at all. Convenient because it was just about the right distance between my locations. Appears to be a safe area.
