I'm obligated to write a review here, because the SoS doesn't need those ridiculous "just because I can" reviews. I am in the process of starting a business, and I received a letter from them. Not only did they make me feel welcomed by the community, but also slightly more secure, knowing that Minnesota is very good for businesses. They laid everything out that still needed to be done and explained it all. They also included a gratuitous list of resources available to business owners. If things turn bad, I'll let you know. But for now, the simple answer is: 

The Secretary of State exceeded my expectations.
