Cathy the owner & baking genius behind this is an absolute angel! I’ve been coming back to her year after year for cakes for all occasions. Her gluten-free cakes are incredible on all levels — taste, texture, cake-to-frosting-to-topping ratios, pricing, flavor combinations, Cathy and her team never miss. As someone with celiac and many food allergies, I feel completely safe ordering with Cathy and am truly grateful to have found such a gem for sweet treats. She was also able to accommodate an order so a diabetic family member could partake without worry. The bigger cakes are like works of art, but a variety of minnies is great for crowds or indecisive folks like myself! to try different flavors since there are so many. Definitely consider working with Cathy/Minnie’s Bakeshop for your event/business/personal/holiday/dessert needs, there’s guaranteed to be something to actually satisfy everyone!

These are by far the tastiest cookies and pastries I ever ate. I have had several different selections from Minnie's menu and all were superlative. Kudos to Cathy and company.
