My lifelong passion has always been the preparation and presentation of food. After a successful career in the fashion industry, I made my dream a reality and enrolled in the Pastry and Baking Arts program at the Institute of Culinary Education.

Story

I select the finest kosher ingredients for my "say it with cake"™ products like Belgian chocolate, pure extracts, aromatic spices, puff pastry, moist almond and paste.

My Loaf Cakes, Cupcakes, Cheesecakes and assorted Dessert products are made in small batches to capture the essence of homemade. No preservatives for me there’s nothing as wonderful as the smell of fresh baked goods made to share with family and friends.

The women working here are so sweet! When you place an online order, you must call to confirm. I didn’t know this but they got my order done for me in under 20 minutes anyway! Very excited to dig into the cake!

Growing up I was lucky enough to have friend's whose mom's and grandmothers were awesome bakers. But when I moved to NY it was impossible to find a kosher bakery that didn't serve mediocre baked goods. I almost felt like because they were kosher they bakers did not think they needed to try. But "say it with cake" is nothing like that. There baked goods are awesome and taste great. They have so many kosher choices and even change around what they sell so your not stuck with the same old stuff. I give "say it with cake" 5 stars and recommend it to anyone who is kosher or wants to buy something kosher as a gift to friends

Her cakes are amazing. I usually pick one up each week for our Shabbos meal. I still can't get over how good her lemon cake tastes... I've brought this cake to multiple pot luck lunches, and it is always a big hit. Fresh, kosher, and delicious.

I liked their cookies and challah but.. I recommend others not to try the ginger cake. I was sad when I had to throw away 2/3 of the cake, which wasn't that cheap either. I also wish if the people working there were more friendly.

HEAVENLY gluten-free brownies. For those not Gluten averse, their carrot cake is the best.

I went into this place just to look around. The people there were so friendly and helpful. Best of all, I bought a carrot cake for my family, THEY LOVED IT. Thank You Susan!!

Really hard to choose between their lemon cake and their carrot cake, they are both so terrific.
