Good sushi and teriyaki chicken amazing miso soup! Poor customer service, lady scooted our table forward while we were sitting down because there were people behind us, not that we minded moving it was that she didn’t ask us if we were okay with it, she just did it. They took forever to take our order, understood that they were busy but it was like they were ignoring our table. At one point the lady came over and walked away. Good food just bad experience with customer service.
The food was delicious, but the staff wasn't that great at communicating and we were told we'd get water, and drink refills but we never received them. We were left to sit until it was explained to us that the card reader was broken, and even after that we were left to sit after being told we would get our water.
I enjoy this Mio location. Every time I've been in, it's nice and quiet. The wait staff is super friendly and will answer any questions about the menu. The fish is always fresh and tastes like it. On top of that they keep the Sapporo at the PERFECT temp!
Usually wouldn’t post a review but honestly the sushi was real bad. Wasn’t fresh, tried to order something else but it all just kinda had a dishwater taste. The lady also wasn’t very attentive.
Ordered via uber eats. Got three rolls and everything was extremely fishy. Smelled awful and did not taste fresh. Also got the mio champon soup and the noodles were soggy. 90% of this food went in the trash. Order from sushi Ohana instead.
Love spicy edamame, and not many places have it, but Mio does and it's delicious
Mio sushi gave our order to someone else by mistake understandable with all the online orders but when we called and found out they asked us to cancel rather than remake our order. We waiting an extra hour to find out by calling in on our own. If we hadn’t, we would not have eaten. Poor customer service
I ordered to go. The cashier asked for tips directly, which made me angry because I didn't receive any service other than her taking my order. And she used an unpleasant tone questioning the number after learning I only gave little. As for the food, not enough rice, and the rice was dry. Food was just not delicious.
Quality has gone down over the past year. Service is now difficult and awkward for to go items. Soy sauce is no longer included in to-go orders and don't expect the cashier to tell you. You must know to ask for it and they won't tell you. I called on the phone to ask where the soy sauce was in my to-go order, and was given a lecture as though I'm a child. "We stopped including soy sauce in to-go orders a while ago.. . ." Mio has gone DOWNHILL. I used to really like this place.
There was nobody to greet me when arriving at the restaurant. I waited for 5-7 minutes before anybody came to the front. When someone did come, and I asked why there was nobody upfront, the lady rudely told me that she's entitled to a break! When I asked to use the bathroom, I was told she had just mopped the floor, and that I couldn't use it because the floor was still wet. The food was not worth all the trouble. It was only average!
