EDITED/UPDATE: Mister Carwash contacted me about the review below and made it right by rewashing my truck. Melvin handled it with class. They have resolved my issue completely and regained my confidence. I will be back. A bad experience can happen anywhere. It's how they respond that matters. And Melvin/Mister Carwash made it right. *********** $42 for "Platinum" wash, plus another $6 for flor mats means i paid over $50. And what did i get for that? They didn't touch: The dash board. At all. The console. At all. The shift bag. At all. The cubby under the console. At all. And many other places. I'm not expecting it to be detailed, but COME ON.

Greeted by a wonderful employee named: Joy . Super, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable in "The Mister Car Wash" packages/pricing. Never been to "Mister Car Wash" so, I appreciated the help and friendliness of all employees. I was shocked to see such a nice, clean, bathroom not used to that at a lot of business.... The service was excellent and onpoint! Well worth the wait and money spent. Get your car cleaned, and detailed before winter comes. Because Winter is coming.... Minnesota. lol

Just came in and paid $10 on top of a $30 monthly membership for interior cleaning So if you want a background to why you got a low rating previously and why you will keep that same rating today 1/30/2023 1 star Visibly I had to point out the back windshield had not been wiped down Visibly I had to point out the driver side backseat window had not been wiped down The 12 photos posted will show you evidence of the remaining When I come through for exterior wash I have explained to all before there is water still on the outside of the windshield on the left and the right in the cold it freezes up in the summer it dries up however it's still not a pleasant sight for a washed vehicle My vehicle came out of the wash the same way again today I explained it to them once again Do you still need a call or you just need to correct your error/s and refund me or credit me some $$$ Not even the decency to wipe the driver side view mirror

I have been coming here for 3 years. Lately since they have changed employees, they have not being doing a good job. Today I went through to clean my car out, I pay a hefty monthly fee of $76 and today was the last straw. Usually my vehicle is not as dirty as others, but I do expect that when I am paying as much as I would pay for a car detail, that they would do a better job. My back seat and the back middle part was not wiped at all. They increased their prices but stopped washing the mats. I am 6 months pregnant and now will have to crawl in the back seat and wash it since they did not do a good job. I am very disappointed. Car cleaning should take more than just 5 minutes when we are paying that much. Also pretty sure my car got scratched here, I wouldn’t care if it weren’t a new car. You can either do better or lower your prices. Will be canceling my membership not worth the money spent!

Staff was very friendly and car wash colors were cool. However the wash didn't do a good job getting the back of my vehicle.

I ask for a full service car wash, they give me the express service. Manager tells me to to go back through the line and the attendants will take care of it. I ask the attendant if they will clean the windows and he says yes. They didn't. They didn’t wipe down either. Also my car still has dirt all over the back of it. I left feeling like I should have just gone to the gas station car wash and saved myself the headache.

I Paid for the Ultimate deal $53.69 and in the end neither did they do a remotely good job vacuuming the car but they left pits and pieces in between and along and behind all seats. there were minor pieces of paper candy wrappers or masks in the door holders so they never attempted to clean those. there were a couple of minor dried milk spills and water spots on the faux leather seats that you would think would get wiped down, nope. Nothing was wiped down for that fact so all seats still had dust on them. I made sure before hand to remove all junk in the back storage, seats and front middle shifter area for a good vacum/clean job, nope. I have gone there several times now and have never had a decent cleaning job to date. I can only recommend them for a so-so car wash job. The rims were still dirty as well. I will go to a detailer in the future where I know they will clean the car for what you pay.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

For the price, the car wash and vacuum was not worth it. Reduce the price by 25-40% and the product would be worth it. For the price paid I expected a much more thorough vacuuming and an exterior clean and towel that didn't have any large patches of dirt/dust left on the car.Services: Auto detailing

Oh my god! Stay away from the Roseville location! I bought the basic package and they vacuumed my car good enough. I am not expecting the world. HOWEVER my car now smells SO BAD. I have had the windows open for at least three hours and it still reeks. It smells like old nasty car wash water. I cannot believe how bad it smells.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I'm one a customer since 2021. they don't do anything better, not cleaning or vacuuming; this time, they do nothing about my car; they just machine wash, and I'm not a kind person who likes to affect others in the wrong way. I recommend they should hire more people or they should close the property until they find someone who will do the job.Services: Car waxing
