Went here for the four wheel tire alignment , using the Groupon promo. The service and speed of service for the quality is four stars, but I had to deduct a point because of organization. I had called three weeks prior to my appointment and made the appointment. The staff took down my name, phone number, and car make and gave me the time and said “see you then”. When I arrived, another staff said he didn’t have me in the system at all so I had to book a new appointment for the next day.

Booked an appointment for an oil change, coolant flush, and alignment. Show up to be told they can only do 2 of the 3 due to being short handed. Show back up a couple hours later to find nothing done. Was told they can’t honor the coolant change price advertised because it was a BMW and would be $300 more. They knew what car I had and I asked specifically when I set the appointment if their pricing on the website was correct. Save your time and find a place that can honor their appointments and pricing. UPDATE: The reply back to my review is a complete lie. Validates the 1 star review I left

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! This shop is a scam they don't care about customers experience. Store manager is one of the rudest people I've met. As a representative of the face of the company he should uphold the values that the company holds. He did not. I will never deal with these people again. I will make it my mission to inform people about going here. With the way the world is. It is just sad that we hard working people have to deal with this. Shame on this company!!

Bought their special off on Groupon. Tried to call to schedule and appointment as they preferred as what stated on Groupon. Left this place multiple message and as on today, so no call back!!! Had to cancel my Groupon for a refund! Not reliable! DO NOT do business with companies who are not reliable!!!

Tou and Chan were really straightforward with me and explained everything they did. I didn't feel pressured into getting services I didn't want. My only complaint is that they didn't have a printer for me for the alignment results.Service: Wheel alignment

Having bought a Groupon for four wheel alignment with front wiper blades at Precision Tune Auto Care I made an appointment for Friday January 25, 2018 at the Roseville location 1329 W Larpenteur Ave Roseville, MN 55113 . One hour after I dropped the car I received a call from the auto shop and was told that they cannot do the alignment without replacing the driver side lower control arm. I was surprised to hear that as first there was no noise coming from the front end that would suggest any issue with bushings, and second I replaced, at the end of the summer, the stabilizer bar bushings and I checked the front end without finding anything that needed to be replaced. I denied the work and went to to the shop to pick up the car. I asked twice if they were sure the control arm needed to be replaced. They said yes and one of the employee ever underlined that on the invoice that they printed it for me in case I would be interested in the future to perform the repair. The invoice was closed to $600. I went home and checked the front end and as expected there was nothing wrong with it. Based on my recent experience I do not recommend this place, they will lure you in with the Groupon deal and will try to scam you with unnecessary repairs. I am also posting photos of the invoice and driver side lower control arm

I had brake pads and shoes put on they gave me a great deal on an alignment their prices are more than fair I will use them again with trust

Honestly my first visits were good now that they have a new manager his customer service skills are horrible he’s rude and a bully had some services done previous to him taking over and the county was willing to pay a certain amount of money and that was made clear to them before work was started well they did other work past the budget and the new manager tried to bully me into paying these extra charges!Services: General repairs & maintenance
