Working with sales associate Daniel throughout then purchase of my GMC Canyon was a truly excellent experience. Daniel was as on top of his game and provided continual updates while I waited for my vehicle arrive from the factory. Nothing about this experience felt pushy or over the top. Walser Buick GMC of Roseville made me feel important and valued me as a customer. Manager Brian was also very helpful with ensuring the release of the vehicle went smoothly and offered me a very trade in value on a higher mileage Lincoln. I would recommend this GMC dealership over any of the other 4 I have dealt with in the past. A++++, thx again all!!
I recently purchased a 2022 refreshed Sierra and had a great experience! Our sales rep Gabe was great! He spent as much time with me as I needed to ensure I was comfortable with the truck. I was in the market for a replacement this past December due to an unfortunate accident in which I was rear ended. So I happen upon this 2020 Kia Optima via Carfax.com. I went to the dealership website and further researched the car. After deciding that I was definitely interested I sent a message through their website. I received a video response back from Trisha Wenzel. She answered all of my questions pertaining to the vehicle. My only concern was how I was going to pick it up with me living out of state. So I decided to fly up to Minnesota along with my sister so we could pick up the vehicle. Trisha picked us up from the airport and drove us back to the dealership safely in one piece : Once there she introduced me to my new ride and it looked beautiful. Afterwards we finished up paperwork which was less than 30 minutes due to me doing the qualifying process prior to traveling. Once everything was done I went outside with my sister and stepped into my new ride. The whole process was painless and super easy. The extended warranty for the vehicle also is impressive. Trisha did an outstanding job and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle on their lot whether they be in state or out of state.
Negative Labor cost are high. Three quarters of the bill was labor cost and a random $50 shop fee. The mechanic forgot to reset the tire pressure monitoring system, so now I have to go back in. Positive Really like the car video they take of my vehicle. Service rep is very helpful. Quality of work is excellent.
I appreciate the customer service centered approach. I was able to make an informed decision without the added pressure. I appreciate their 150 10 warranty and bumper to bumper package. I love the vehicle that I recently purchased as well! I would like to add this is my second time purchasing a vehicle from them and the process went smoothly and fairly quickly.

I have always had a very positive experience plus outcome when I bring in my vehicle including when I call to make service appointments for my vehicle. It seems like staff comes and goes but you guys are doing something right because no matter who I come in contact with they are great and exemplify great customer service! Also I miss Tessa very much she was awesome and now that she is no longer employed at the dealership such a loss. Keep up the great work team!!!
