Do Not bring your cars here! Total rip off. They will lie and try to sell you parts and service that’s not needed on the car! After I spent over $1,000 on both front and back brakes with all 4 calipers, because they told me it was needed and could cost me more money in the future. I find out from my husband that the car was only 2 years old with 18, 000 and could not possibly need all new brake parts. We brought the car back to the shop to talk to Audrey from the front. She brought the mechanic Gabby or Gabe that worked on the car to talk to us. All he was able to tell us was that they are bad and he recommend replacing all of them from his experience. He could not explain to us what was actually wrong or what kind of signs that showed the brakes were bad, but instead he just kept saying it’s needed. His face turn super red the moment we questioned him about why the brakes were replaced. After several minute of us asking for an explanation he felt stupid and just walked to the back shop. Audrey was speechless and just kept looking back at the mechanic. She told us that the cars fix now, so there’s nothing she can do, then just turned around to help another customer! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years, but I believe the old workers are no longer there. The people running that place now are NOT honest and will scam you for money. I’m NEVER going back. Got a flat tire over the weekend and needed to get it fixed ASAP. Called this location on Sunday and they offered to put the car in the garage for the night and by noon on Monday the car was ready to go. Staff was super friendly and up front about costs, etc.. Amateur Technicians! Went in to get a simple oil change for the first time not doing it myself and they never put my cap back on my engine, so all the oil spilled over my engine block and fried it. Now they are liable to replace it. Moral of the story, don’t trust them for simple servicing.

2nd time using Roseville Store. Good pricing and excellent service. My go to store. Hard to find honest mechanics.

On February 25 I took care in because windshield wipers weren’t working. Tires Plus charged me $500 to put in a new windshield wiper transmission. 1 month later they didn’t work again. I took it back to them and they told me this time it was wiper motor and the part was $290 and labor would be $200. I checked at autozone and the part caused $65. I told tires plus no way and took it to a local mechanic. He said it would cost $95 for new wiper motor. I told him to do it. Hours later he called back to say that the wiper motor was fine and that tires plus installed the wiper transmission incorrectly. Even the nuts were on backwards. They chuckled and said anyone could have noticed it was installed wrong just by looking at it. So instead of just fixing their own mistake tires plus was going to charge me almost $500 for parts and labor that was absolutely unnecessary. How many customers have they gotten away with doing this to? They are corrupt. Do not use them.

I had a screw in my tire, and as someone who doesn't know much about cars or tire repairs, I was easily able to make an appointment for the same day! When I arrived, the sales lady was extremely friendly, she told me the overall service would take about 1 hour. I waited in the lobby during my visit. She kept me updated on when they took my car back and even when they took my tire off to repair it. The service ended up taking around 45 mins, which was great! It was affordable and easy!

Great service, updates me on the process every step of the way. Highly recommend them, will be coming here for future tire needs!

SCAM - I went in with the intention of patching a hole in my tire which they did fine. They then pushed me really hard to start a Tires Plus card, telling me it'll save me money on future purchases and leading me to believe it was a loyalty program. After them spending a couple minutes trying to force it upon me, I finally gave in. I had NO intention of opening a line of credit. It is now obvious to me in hindsight that they saw me as a young person who was servicing their car for the first time and they could easily swindle me into their scam. Once I realized what was going on, I told the cashier to immediately cancel everything. However, he still pushed it through and now I have a new line of credit in my name when all I wanted was a darn patch in my tire.
