I've been trying to schedule a service appointment at this location for more than a week without success. No matter how many times I called, most my calls went straight to voicemail and even though I left a message, no one called me back. I contacted their customer service because I thought this location might be out of business. He told me that the service department personnel of this location will contact me as soon as possible and that was a 8-days ago. So, if you are looking for any service request at this location, good luck. I've already found another place, so I won't go back to this location again.

While the sales department does everything in there power to make you happy they're inspection team needs reinforcement. They claim that they do an inspection on their used inventory, but obvious oversights can be seen after pulling their used inventory off the lot simply popping the hood

I took my car there to get the power steering fixed. It was fine for about a week then the EXACT SAME PROBLEM started again. Was told the first time there's a warranty on the parts. Then was told there wasn't. Then was told the problem was something else entirely that should've been done the first time and there's great discount was $20. This will be the last money they receive from me only because I have to have my car. But these are garbage people. Month later and the oil and filter they said they changed, wasn't changed. Almost 4.5k in repairs. Take your car somewhere else.

This place and the people are amazing! They worked with me to get me a wonderful SUV in my budget. My salesman was Dale and he was up front from the very start. It is a no pressure environment and I would recommend them it anyone!

pretty pushy and aggressive. staff repeatedly asked for my number, even when I said I didn't want to give it out. They also list cars as being on the lot and let you know it's actually in Kentucky to sell you the complete opposite of what you want at their dealership

Alexander Beckett was down to earth and he made us feel very comfortable, even had us in laughter. I gotta say he is a very awesome salesman. He got us in our very first brand new 2019 Mirage G4 ES. I highly recommend Alexander for your salesman.

This was my first new vehicle in 14years. I worked with Jody on my purchase and he honestly couldn't have made it any more easier. He was very pleasant to work with and very informative, even offering to answer any additional questions or concerns I may have in the future. I appreciated his help and being honest and not pushy in any way shape or form, which I had already experienced elsewhere. I would highly recommend working with him to others. Michael was fun to get the chance to meet as well. Great dealership and good people. : oh and I cant forget....I now have an amazing new 2022 Outlander!
