My car just quit running at a restaurant about a mile from this O’Reileys. I walked in to this location and talked everything over with Marcus. He was so helpful! He told me it sounded like a bad battery. I told him I didn’t have any tools with me so he offered some to me to borrow. I got it fixed and brought the tools back. Marcus was great. Highly recommend this location.

Came to oreillys needing a battery and Marcus came out in the cold 930 at night and put it in for me. And my old battery wasn't easy to take out but he was so helpful and patient taking it out! He was awesome!!!

Marcus went above, beyond, and out of his way to help me when I needed help. I appreciate the kindness.

No complaints. Only compliments. They had what I needed for my Semi truck.

Stopped in to grab some R134A refrigerant. They had it in stock. Helpful staff. Checked to make sure I was getting the right stuff, although I knew that already. I sold auto parts for years.

I’d rather you just admit you don’t know, or don’t have something in stock than give me the wrong part TWICE because you’re so desperate to make a sale. Came in for a radiator fan, gave every spec for my car short of the whole VIN. Guy ran it into the computer, told me they had a part that would fit. It was four inches too small. Gave benefit of the doubt, the boxes all look the same could’ve been an accident. So we went back and exchanged it for a bigger size that “fit”. It was still two inches too small. Just admit you don’t have the right size. Don’t sell me the wrong part just because you desperately need business. And honestly, i blame corporate’s all mighty computer for this one; they’ll say any part fits as long as they get my money I could’ve gone to your stock room and picked the right one on my own. Thanks to your incompetence you turned a 1hr repair into almost 5hrs.

We need to get a couple of batteries tested in the young man at the counter went out of his way to help me. Excellent service. I would come back here again just for the service don't really know about the prices.

Needed a serpentine belt for my 2004 Buick Rainier. Benjamin the mechanic helped me out more than I could have dreamed of. He even put the belt on for me and referred me to some other local mechanics that could help breathe new life into my old SUV!
