I've shopped at Marshall's before and had luck and going with my friend to help him with a vehicle was just as easy. Keith is awesome his willingness to help is great and it just sucks that they're closing their doors. Hopefully whatever is coming for him in his future going to be good.
A good salvage place, will missing, as they are going to be closing down soon.
great place to do business with. kieth and his sister have been good to me
It is a junkyard, so you are taking a risk to a certain extent with buying parts, or a car. However, with parts they will replace it until one works, which is respectable. I bought my car there almost a year ago, and I've had to put zero work into it so far, aside from it's regular oil change. It's a '92, so I expected it to have some issues, but I continue to be pleasantly surprised by the car I bought from a junk yard, it doesn't even have rust spots or body damage! Keith Marshall is a pleasant man to do business with, and is generally willing to work with you quite a bit more than most places of this nature.
Marshall has been around for many many years great honest people pull parts for you great pricing an always have a variety of vehicle parts that you may need an if they don’t have it they don’t care to lead you in direction of someone who might have what you need recommend this place a+++++
I called about a part for my truck that Chrysler had discontinued and they just so happened to have it thank God. Very friendly and very fair prices. I would definitely recommend them.
Love these guys. Great prices. Friendly. Helpful. Didn't have the exact rim so they called two other places to help me find it. They are always fair on prices and have never screwed me over.
Not even open. Closed perm
Bought a stereo for my car works great decent price I've always done business with this place always got treated good
Unprofessional and useless. Whenever I call Marshall Auto Parts on the phone, they inevitably and immediately tell me that they do not have the parts that I need. They're perhaps the largest collectors of old, rotting cars in Southern Indiana, so when 3/4 times they tell me that they don't have the parts that I need, I am very skeptical. Their return policy does not allow a full refund either, just trade in parts if something fails to work. I cannot understand how they are still in business. Perhaps the most disconcerting thing is that one day I walked into the office to purchase parts, in which I found everyone on lunch break. I gave one of the employees a list of parts and my phone number so that more time would not be wasted and I never got a call back.
