This is a neighborhood place- keep respectful of the residential neighbors as you enjoy this entirely delightful, neighborhood tavern and eatery. The food is high-quality and made with love. The service is excellent, if not a little plucky, depending on who’s working. You’re expected to bring your manners and your inside voices here- yes, they have a decibel meter- but if you want a true North Portland locals experience with great food, a lovely patio, and good folks… come to Mock Crest. And if you have the fortune to meet Gabe, be nice. He’s hilarious and he cooks like a boss and we love him, even if he is a little surly. That’s just… the neighborhood. Five stars, forever.
The food here is amazing! My wife and I tried the mock cheese at it was to die for, everything is made to order and is piping hot. If you’re ever in the area we do recommend this spot. Will and Erica’s service was top notch and they made us feel at home 5/5Food: 5/5
Old school Portland to the core in all the best ways. Small dive with loads of personality and history. The burgers taste like my dad’s which is a huge compliment my dad is the king of backyard grillin and chillin’ and it’s like going to your friend’s house and having a BBQ...but inside...and your friend has shot Specials and Rainier beer. Cheers!
Backyard patio is the best part. The service is slow and rude. Overpriced & bland food with processed Sysco products.Food: 1/5
We moved to the neighborhood a year ago and this place has had an absolute choke-hold the good kind on us. It feels like a warm hug every time we go. Cozy, soothing lights, big pours of booze, easygoing snd welcoming staff, and the food is high quality made right there in front of you. PS - Get the pudding shots!
Our first time here and it won't be our last. The service was above and beyond and the food was wonderful. Both staff and clientele were warm and friendly, making for cozy vibes.Food: 5/5

Staff was supper friendly and following covid 19 guide lines. Didnt know what to expect walking in . Nice little tavern full of regulars didnt get any food but my beer was good
We had a great time! Friendly service, fun dive atmosphere, and excellent burgers. Music is whatever. Jukebox would be nice maybe there is one and I missed it, but the friendly staff and good food were well with it. Vegetarian options: Saw impossible burger on the menu.
