Modera Belmont

Living at Modera Belmont has been a wonderful experience for the last two years. The apartment building was so nice I even got my partner to move in, so that’s a plus! Walls are soundproof, everything is clean and secure, not to mention the stunning windows that are somehow floor to ceiling minus the feeling of being exposed to the outside world. Hands down though, the best part about living here was the staff. Jessica was always there for anything we needed, and maintenance is so kind and respectful of your space, which is new. The very few problems we had were always fixed within the next day or two and the front desk always responds in minutes. Also, I didn’t really ever utilize the gym while I was there, but my partner absolutely loved it. This apartment was a last minute decision for me, but I’m so glad it fell so perfectly into place so I could have the pleasure of being a tenant there. Oh also I’ve never seen so many friendly dogs, seriously every trip in the elevator or out the door and there’s the most well behaved and well groomed dog you’ve ever seen; it’s worth it just for that!

I recently moved into Modera Belmont Apartments, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The location is unbeatable, nestled in the vibrant Buckman neighborhood of Portland. It’s surrounded by fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques, making it easy to enjoy the local culture. The apartments themselves are modern and beautifully designed. The amenities are top-notch, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a virtual reality gaming room, and a stunning rooftop deck with breathtaking views of Mt. Hood and East Portland. The management team is incredibly helpful and responsive, always going the extra mile to ensure residents feel at home. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the pet-friendly policy is a huge plus for animal lovers like me. Overall, Modera Belmont offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in Portland!

I'm not typically one to leave reviews but sometimes it's necessary... the management at Modera Belmont is stellar. Real people, super supportive and helpful, the building is so well kept... can't find one thing to complain about! And as far as a home, I really like living here. My apartment is beautiful and has a great layout. I get so much light, the plants are thriving. The people in the building are perfect IMO very friendly, tons of adorable dogs, but nobody is like intrusive or trying to be your new best friend. And this is a weird thing to say but the community spaces are great! There's VR, a movie room with an insane amount of comfortable seating, a game room, and a lovely living room/kitchen style hosting space my waffle brunches are loving this one! So yeah, kind of had to come in and leave a review. If you're looking to move into an apartment and they have an opening, definitely give it a tour :

The front desk team are some of the nicest, sweetest people, and one of the reasons we chose Modera Belmont. The building feels like a serviced hotel, with amenities to match. Crazy thing is, per sqft, they’re one of the more affordable or, reasonably priced buildings in the area. We visited 9 buildings in a week, and Modera Belmont was the clear choice for us!

So once again, I find myself writing a review for a building I didn't rent an apartment in...because the leasing agent and staff were just so awesome. Inaki and crew really made the tour great and I almost rented there based on the warmth and camaraderie I felt from them alone. Sadly, they didn't have a floor plan that worked for me, so I rented elsewhere. But the building and amenities are great - the gym is huge! - and you can't ask for better folks to run it.

It's awesome, clean and safe. Everyone is so friendly and maintenance is quick! I love the quick access to outside through the bike lounge and the ping pong table is a plus! Don't forget the monthly activities! Awesome!

I love the location, layout, and amenities. The staff has been super helpful. They made my move-in super easy and made me feel at home. Bonus: pet-friendly.

These apartments are great, nice location, beautiful updated appliances, they respond to any and all maintenance requests at the blink of an eye. Amazing amenities! We were so blown away when we first saw this place and I must say even after a year we are really loving it! My partner and I moved into Modera and have felt like a part of the community here! All of the staff are wonderful and have made us feel so comfortable! I would recommend them to anyone and appreciate all of the wonderful and attentive service they provide! Thanks Modera and keep up the great work!

I really appreciated being setup with a lease that fit our budget after a mishap with changing the start date. The bottle of wine at move-in made us feel very welcome! The amenities are unbelievable - I'm from Bellingham WA and never seen this quality before. Also the ability to reserve a loading zone and elevators was really nice, and the wagons made things so much easier.

The most amazing property staff in Portland Oregon! They make it a fun a enjoyable place to live!
