Modern Endodontics of Buckhead

After a recent cycling accident I required a root canal. Having only ever heard from others about this procedure, I was extremely nervous. Dr. Raymond and his team were incredible! The office is very inviting and everyone was so nice. The procedure was absolutely painless! I couldn’t believe it after hearing about others root canals. Dr. Raymond’s bedside manner is one of the best I’ve encountered. He covers every detail with you and communicated through the whole process, ensuring I was comfortable. 10/10 rating, could not be happier with my experience!

Dr. Raymond and his staff make root canals an easy procedure for the patient. Dr. Raymond, in his calm and professional manner, makes you very comfortable and explains and answers your questions, addressing any concerns you might have. I was immediately put at ease after talking with him.There was no pain during these procedure. He follows up with you after you leave and gives contact information if you need to reach him after hours. I had two root canals scheduled 4 days apart and both were painless and easy on me. I have never had a patient come back to me and complain about an unpleasant visit at his office. They all thank me for the referral to such a kind provider. Many of the things I've heard from my patients that see him are: "He's so nice!" "He didn't hurt me at all." "He has great bedside manner." Professionally, I can tell you from personal experience that Dr. Raymond is meticulous and very detail-oriented. His work is gorgeous. My experience was excellent from beginning to end. I came in with an infected tooth, referred from my general dentist. The office scheduled me in within 2 days for my first appointment with Dr. Raymond. Everyone from office staff to assistant to Dr. Raymond are top notch. They are kind, compassionate and professional. The procedure was way less uncomfortable than I feared. The hardest part was just remaining seated for the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Richard Raymond to anyone needing endodontic care!

For some reason, Root Canals always seem to make the patient anxious! No worries with Dr. Richard Raymond and his staff.... I had the occasion to need a root canal recently and I could not be more pleased with the expert care I received. From the moment I called the office to schedule a consultation until the completion of the procedure, I was confident that I had made an excellent choice! I was constantly updated on the details of the procedure. Dr. Raymond's personal phone calls to check on my progress highlighted his concern for patient care.....Absolutely 5 star!

Dr. Raymond and his team at Modern Endodontics of Buckhead were fantastic. There was no wait for my appointments, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. He took his time an made sure all was perfect before I was allowed out of the chair -: I felt like a V.I.P. The staff was patient with my questions and I was made comfortable from the time I got to the office, had my root canal , and left with an appointment for a follow-up exam. Dr. Raymond also personally called me a few days later to make sure all was well which I really appreciated. The procedure was virtually painless other than a little soreness when the Novocaine wore off. The headphone with your choice of music was a super nice touch to keep your mind off the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Raymond. I was told by my dentist that he's the best in the city and I suspect that is true. Thank you.

I recently visited Modern Endodontics of Buckhead office and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The office was clean and modern, and the wait time was minimal. During my appointment, Dr. Raymond was very professional and thorough, taking the time to explain everything in layman's terms. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I left the office feeling confident in the care I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a root canal. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and most importantly there was ZERO pain during and after.

My experience with Dr. Raymond was outstanding! This was my first root canal, so admittedly there was concern on my part. Further, we were scheduled for international travel a week following my evaluation appointment, which added to the anxiety. Dr. Raymond carefully explained my options and his recommendation to address the problem before travel. The appointment was initially scheduled the day before my travel, but the office offered to update me with any cancellations. They quickly called and offered an appointment the following day, which I happily accepted. Immediately after my procedure, Dr. Raymond himself left on an international trip, but provided his number in the event of questions. As fate would have it I did have a question and he promptly addressed my issue from afar. If you are seeking a competent, calm and patient-focused experience, look no further. My experience with Dr. Raymond was outstanding. After my childhood dentist retired a few years ago, I've had the hardest time finding dental care I can trust. Back in September, I had a filling that ended up causing all kinds of trouble, resulting in the need for a root canal. I've been in pain for months and have only been able to chew on one side of my mouth. To say I was nervous about whether or not this root canal would end my pain is an understatement. Dr. Raymond was kind and patient. He took the time to listen to me and to assess my tooth. He very thoroughly answered all of my questions even the ones I thought of the day of the procedure. The procedure itself was painless and quick. I hope to not need Dr. Raymond's services again any time soon, but if I do, I won't hesitate to give him a call.

10/10 would recommend! Excellent communication before, during, and after my root canal procedure. I was comfortable the entire time. Upon scheduling, I received a very detailed email on accessing my portal, where to park, how to get into the building, etc. When I met Dr. Raymond, he walked me through the entire procedure before starting. The numbing process was essentially painless as was the rest of the procedure. They provided headphones for music and we had hand signals for any pain never needed or suction. I actually enjoyed watching the procedure as much as I could given that I was the patient and how effortlessly he worked with his assistant. After the procedure, we debriefed. I had very little soreness after never needed Ibuprofen or other. Dr. Raymond provided his personal phone number in case of any questions, and I received a follow-up call after a couple days just to check in. Every step to the process was as smooth as could be - if you're looking to schedule a root canal, you're looking in the right place!
