Moe's Southwest Grill

This location is the best Moe's I've ever been to, mainly because staff is super helpful and kind, especially the manager, Amir. Food is delicious and comes in large portions. A great value. Our large family enjoys the kid-friendly environment and free chips + salsa. Wheelchair-friendly too.

Every Moe's I've ever been to has been fantastic, and this location is the same. Excellent food at reasonable prices with a friendly staff. This shopping center is a pain to get into though. And this location always seems like it needs a little better upkeep. The soda machine chronically seems to be out of several flavors, there's always stuff stacked in the rear booth and back hallway and the counters where the soda and salsa are always seem like they need to be wiped down. They being said, the food is always delicious and I would definitely keep going there. Especially on Mondays.

The employees are rude and unfriendly and was never greeted unlike the 5 people that came in after me.. food was cold and nasty. Save your money and go somewhere else.. the people that work here are miserable

This place used to be good but has gone downhill in the past couple of years. I am usually very reluctant to give a 1 star review but I feel others should be very wary about ordering from this place. The sanitation at this particular location was awful. I had one guy making my burrito and he was clearly sick with a cold or some other ailment causing a running nose. I literally watched a long line of snot come from his nose and almost hit my food! He sniffed it back into his nose before that could happen but I had already lost my appetite. Management should not have allowed someone who was sick to be dealing with other peoples food. After the last situation I did not want to go back but was meeting up with a friend. I decided that I would give them another chance but if I saw anything again I would never come back. Well I did. There was a young woman who was wiping her face with her gloves and then proceeding to touch the chips. There was also a young man whose gloves were ripped. When I pointed it out to him he acted as if he did not know and changed his gloves. Cool... except he had already touched my food and my friends food and did not offer to remake it. At that point both my friend and I decided to leave. Told them to throw away our food and that we would be dining elsewhere. TLDR: Please look out for basic sanitation when you eat at this establishment.

I love Mo's amazing food for a decent price. Would recommend it to everyone.
