Moe's Southwest Grill

I have been a fan of Moe's for about ten years, the restaurant's remind me of when my daughters were little . We lived in North Carolina and Tuesday was daddy daughters date night at Moe's .......Today we dropped off our oldest daughter at UC, my wife and I had decided weeks ago that we were going to have Moe's on the way home . The excitement and anticipation was growing day by day. We live more than an hour away from this Moe's,, so we don't get it very often ( twice a year maybe) ............ So, today's experience. My wife and I were heading back home after dropping our oldest off at UC . We pull in to Moe's walk in and I place my order . I wanted an " Alfredo Garcia " , this is an item off the original menu ( Shows my dedication ) . The nice young lady looked puzzled so I explained it as three soft tacos deconstructed . I have NEVER had a Moe's tell me NO . Alfredo Garcia 3 tortillas on the side Steak on the side Lettuce on the side Cheese on the side Sour cream on the side This kid walks form the left and said we can't do that . I requested that they ask the manager. Kid comes back and says" He asked the manager and she said no. She said that there was no way to track the food cost . It's three steak soft tacos not assembled ????? We hopped in our vehicle and drove to ten minutes to the Moe's we usually go to ( farther away ) Moe's Southwest Grill Arbor Square 8260 Arbor Square Dr, Mason,Ohio, 45040 The Manager Dulce, is amazing, she helped us at the Arbor Square. She made our day

This place just never seems that busy, but it should be. The food is better than other burrito joints. There is a nice variety of ingredients and the price is right. Stop falling for the Chipotle hype..

The nicest and most welcoming people work here. What a great dining experience. Love the salsa bar. So happy we stopped in for a fun evening. Looking forward to coming back. Clean restaurant and bathrooms- much appreciated:)

Would have been a more pleasant experience had I not kept getting "Welcome to Moe's" screamed in my face multiple times while trying to order.

I visit this Moe's just about every time I'm in the area. Food quality is usually pretty consistently good. One time I witnessed crew member scratching his face with gloves on and just keep working. There are worse things that happen, but if that's accepted while in front of customers then I have to wonder what else is happening when no customers are there.
