Everything was created quickly and service was fine. The restaurant was pretty clean. The food was your average Moe’s which is fine but not spectacular. Price is pretty high for the quality in my opinion, but you will leave full.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: Yes
I was nervous walking into nothing but a crew of young people but they were on point. They acknowledged you at the door I don't care about that but it's a Moe's policy so I mentioned it, they were efficient, they were friendly, and they took care of me. They were even training a staff member and she was so pleasant and the manager/lead was breaking things down to her and me at the same time. All around good experience and would recommend.
I came here bc I initially wanted chipotle but after reading all the terrible RECENT reviews I tried this out instead . Just ordered a burrito .. was DELICIOUS ! YOU GET FREE SALSA AND CHIPS HERE ..: everyone was friendly . Nice fully stocked salsa bar, so far the verde one is my favorite . Will be back Vegetarian options: Tofu offered
$13 nachos. Just really, really sad. Came with a tiny cup of guac which was $2 extra. Free delivery was cool and it showed up pretty quick...guess it doesn't take long to put a few small prices of steak and a teaspoon of cheese on a little tray of chips.
Came in the place was a tad dirty IMO. Lots of flies. Ordered tacos for my kids fine but then I was told they ran out for the rest of my order. Kids tacos were soggy and fell apart by the time it took them to cook fresh ones. My husband said his steak, pork and adobo chicken tacos were good probably because they were fresh kids didn't eat them said the beef wasn't good and I will admit Taco bell has better tasting beef. Queso was ok... I remember the queso being absolutely delicious maybe my tastes have changed who knows but two of the employees were pretty nice and personable the register dude was not. The chef guy I'm assuming was on his phone on the line when in my opinion he could have been cleaning the soda machine that was spattered with drink syrup. Won't be dining here again.which is unfortunate I used to love the chain's food and was raving about it prior to our visit. Should have just gone to Taco Bell would have saved me the money and the kids complaints.
I'm really displeased with the food I recieve when ordering for delivery. Both times I've ordered for delivery, my burrito has been really small and hardly has anything in it. I'm paying for a Homewrecker and recieving a Taco Bell burrito. When I go in person I have no problem, probably because I'm standing right there watching. But it really feels like they take advantage of delivery items by using the least amount of food possible. It's also very dirty inside. Sticky, crumby counters, dirty glass around the food, dirty bathrooms, sticky drink stations, unusual for Moe's but definitely an obvious issue.
I usually don’t mind the mediocrity of this location but today was just trash. I was told I couldn’t get more limes because the employee didn’t want to cut anymore and then she tried to tell me how lemons and limes were the same thing. Then when I was cashing out the cashier rang me up incorrectly and then questioned if I wanted something that she already rang me up for. Also the cilantro lime rice literally just taste like white rice with butter. Please do better as a whole entire establishment but I will no longer be dining here I’ll go to the Lynnhaven location.
Surprisingly good. Definitely better quality and service compared to the Chipotle in the area.
Service was nice but the product needs a little bit work especially when they're afforded a chance to redo it but they don't.
Twice in a row that ordering for pick up was a mess. Tonight we had to go back for the order, because it wasn’t complete, and then when we got it home, one item was drenched in queso that we didn’t want queso. Due to allergies, that made the order inedible. The child’s were stale and nasty, too. The manager was very nice and apologized, but this is concerning. Moes would be an easy place to get food poisoning if they aren’t doing things right, and it’s not looking like they are able to do things right. Hopefully they will process our requested refund. If the owners see this: get your act together. Pay better so you can staff, or cut hours if you can’t. No one wants to waste their time and money. We won’t be back for awhile,
