This is one of the best restaurants in North End. Delicious Italian food. Caesar salad was filled with fish, salt, and sour flavors. The lasagna was full of great tomato taste, and not too much cheese, unlike many American restaurants. Cosy vibes and good service.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: Yes
My friend and I really enjoyed this place for the drinks. We didn’t order food because we had already eaten but our bartender Christopher was awesome. He entertained us with conversation and was super helpful with helping us decide what cocktails to get. He even made us ones that weren’t on the menu. You could tell he enjoys what he does and is good at it as well! I would definitely come back whenever I’m in town.
I went here a few days ago. The Lobster Ravioli was very tastey. They offer bread while you wait for your meal. Our Server was very good. Handled our group's orders with ease. We were downstairs. Nice atmosphere. Slightly pricier than other similar establishments in the Boston area.
Fabulous Italian food with great service. I love when you order something that sounds so simple but tastes so decadent. I ordered the Fusilli Ariana and ate every bite. The chicken parm was also fabulous.
Overall experience is good. Food tasted great and had a wonderful time outside on the patio. The service was a little slow getting a server but after we got one everything was fine.
Stopped for lunch on Black Friday and couldn’t have been happier. Food was amazing and the smells wafting from the kitchen will have us coming back for the dishes we didn’t try! We were welcomed with ice cold glasses of water and crusty outside/so soft inside bread We had the eggplant rolatini appetizer, chicken parm with ziti, chicken esquisito chicken cutlet with mozzarella cheese cooked in Marsala and Brady wine sauce and chicken creation very similar to last meal but with eggplant and prosciutto with side salad with homemade house creamy Italian. We shared a nice bottle of Merlot along with our meals. Each LOVED their meal. Table next to us had HUGE bowls of Italian wedding soup of the day that I am praying they have on my next visit. A definite must try if in the North End and very close to Fanuiel Hall.
The food is good. But seated outside on a Saturday evening the service was slow and we felt held hostage trying to get a check and pay to leave.
This is the best Italian restaurant in Boston! You will feel like you are in little Italy! The Garlic Bread is loaded with real butter, smashed garlic and mozzarella and parmesan cheese. The cheese ravioli with lobster sauce was full of butter and cream; absolutely mouth watering! You can see it in photo. I love their marinara sauce, they just need to drain the pasta a little better before putting on the sauce. Alex was our perfect server. I love this restaurant and I will definitely be returning the next time I go to Boston!
Amazing! We went for date night and it was perfect! Hannah D. was our waitress, her reccomdations and service were on point. It is old school , the charm made it. The dessert cocktail was perfect, along with the homemade salad dressing. Enjoy the history and food for a great night.
I had a wonderful lunch here with delicious dishes and attractive city view. The weather was also so beautiful so that we ordered many drinks to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere of the spring. I love the sangria and the sunset cocktail. The lobster ravioli was a bid different with the one on the website but still ok. I also love the Veal Roberto and the Seafood pasta. Everything was so perfect that day so I definitely recommend this place.
