The young lady at the counter was incredibly knowledgeable and offered advice and answers for all my questions, she also helped me make a few selections for the things I needed which were all in stock. What more can you ask for right? I'll be back here again.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. My family went in to look for bikes and no one would even acknowledge them. The woman behind the counter just stared but never spoke. Their inventory may be great, but the service was horrible.

there is no way I can say enough good things about this shop. first of all I was drooling over all of the great specialized and surly bikes. but the service was what made this shop special. I'm a touring cyclist and I had some issues with a bb, as well as a sprocket on my rohloff. Kent the owner spent hours with me bringing the bike back to perfect condition. he also shared great routing advice and was just so incredibly helpful. One of the best bike shops I've ever experienced. 10 stars

Pretty decent store. Good selection, and staff was fairly helpful. If you are looking for small parts, and it's not in the front, then ask. They keep a lot of stuff in the back.
