MR Motorcycle

I had a great purchasing experience with MR Motorcycle. The sales associates and managers went above the call of duty to make sure I got a good deal on my motorcycle and gear. My sons have both purchased bikes here which led to me coming here. I'm super excited about my bike and gear. Just look at it!

This one star review is ONLY BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. The main sales department is wonderful and are all very trustworthy. Not so much the service department, because of them, we will absolutely not be bringing any of our bikes back to be serviced. You cannot believe a word that comes out of any of the service department employees mouths. We were told our bike would be put back together in two days, after 3 WEEKS, it still was not together. Excuses being "they never got an answer as to whether we wanted them to fix it or not", even though we told not only one, but two employees that we wanted it put back together without being worked on (because their prices are absolutely INSANE)...Needless to say, after showing aggression via phone call, we got our bike back the same day we called and raised hell. Do not, do not, DO NOT use the service department here. They have completely lost our business.

Went in for an inspection. Failed me over a leak, if course he "cleaned up" the evidence of the leak before I could see it for myself and recommended a friend for the repair. Took it elsewhere to someone I trust who looked at it and immediately could see there was no issue. This was after driving 15 miles which would caused more leakage evidence but the fork was bone dry. This is my second time dealing with this place and session crrocro behavior. Thought an inspection would be safe. Not so much. This place simply preys on inexperience. Avoid these crooks at all costs. Update: I took my bike somewhere else this morning for an inspection. No issues at all. This place is flat out crooked, and I get the impression they take advantage of people who don't know any better, such as myself. Fortunately, I have someone in the family who knows bikes in and out, and was able to avoid an unnecessary $350 repair. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
