Indian Motorcycle Charlotte

Bought my second Indian here. My first was from the store in Concord. What a huge difference. Everyone was amazing and professional. Bryan helped walk me threw everything and was always ready to help with any questions. Mark the owner took the time to walk me threw every detail about my new bike. That was amazing. The lady that I did the paperwork with (I can't remember her name I'm sorry) she was amazing as well. Not only were the people there awesome at what they do the store room looks amazing. This is my store from now on.

I rode to the dealership in the rain excited to finally be getting an Indian. I was the only one there so I got everyone’s complete attention. Told the sales department I wanted to trade my 2017 street glide in for a 2018 roadmaster but wanted other than stock mufflers. I also said I wanted payments at or near 200. After talking to the finance department was told yes I can have the bike @ 237.00 and some change. Excited I called my wife to take off work and drive the hour + to the dealership to sign the papers. The sales department put a sold sign on the bike and sent it to get the mufflers changed. I was directed to call to have my insurance changed which I did. While I waited for the paper work and muffler change I was told by all the workers congrats on buying a new bike. This is where things go south. The Finance person comes out and says “I have bad news for you” then tells me that the payment will be 105 dollars more a month. If I was told this in the beginning I wouldn’t have excepted the deal, nor called to have my wife take off work and drive over an hour to sign papers. they could have offered to give a little or something. I will not be going back and will let everyone know about this bate and switch deal.

World's First and Finest Indian Dealership! Now that there is an owner trifecta, the offerings will be multiplied. Mark has always run a great business and I love the folks there. Holly is ansuer friendly face and very helpful. Bryan in sales is great and Richie in service is always ready to serve. I'm so happy to be an Indian owner, and a loyal Indian of Charlote customer for life.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had with any dealership... Mark & his crew worked with me & didn’t give me grief over a few of my request. Then I rode my happy ass back to Texas! The End

I think we can all agree that Indian is a fantastic motorcycle. You could buy one at any Indian Motorcycle Dealer. If you want to purchase a Motorcycle, Parts, apparel or have your Motorcycle serviced I would highly recommend Indian Motorcycle Charlotte. Not just for the products, but for the people that make up this great organization. I have personally interacted with each member of the team and I have not been disappointed. Each and every member is friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. You will most likely encounter Holly and Larry in the Showroom both will offer you a warm welcome allow you to browse without pressure yet always be close by to lend a hand. Richie, Will and Joe will assist you with your service needs and all of these guys have a ton of knowledge to get you back on the road or keeping you there with dependable routine maintenance.
