Service department is awesome! First off, I was a bit nervous before bringing my bike here for a service and tire install, I read so many questionable reviews on yelp and google. But, these guys are great! They really know their stuff, and also don't mind sharing maintenance tips as well. These guys will be servicing my bike from now on. If you're on the fence about bring your ride here, don't be. Top notch service, guys. Thank you very much.

Son went to buy an ATV for the amount of money he had in cash. They only tried to upsell him and with his good credit tried to hang him for way more than the 0% interest he was quoted. Then, enrolled him for a credit card that he didn't request after he asked for his cash back. Fraudulent company here. People be warned and read all of the one star reviews before stepping foot in the door. Lots of other places to spend your hard earned money than here.

The service department is staffed with attentive and a funny team. Very nice and you don't feel like they are price gouging. The team is very personable. For a long time this location was a 4star location but now that they've added an official waiting area, the experience is even better.

I have dealt with Ride Now in the past with parts and service but never purchased a machine. Wow, what an experience. Went in a couple weeks ago to look at purchasing a new atv. They did an awesome job from start to finish. On the sales floor I worked with Kevin, Richie and Alan all of which were very helpful, honest and straightforward. They helped me pick a better machine than I went in for and helped me outfit it with the parts I needed and still came in below quotes I had from other dealers. Nate in the parts department has helped me purchase additional parts for my machine and Eric in the service department has already had me in and out with parts installation. I will definitely return and recommend any of my friends to stop by and give RideNow Powersports Concord a chance, you'll be glad you did. 2018 Sportsman 850.

What a fantastic buying experience from start to finish. The staff that I worked with was super friendly and helpful. I initially started working with Stephen when browsing online and ended up working with Herb and Richie to to complete the buying process of my new Triumph Street Scrambler. Walking into the showroom is a little overwhelming as there are SO many options, but with such great staff, I felt right at home, comfortable and well, excited. JT in service was also extremely pleasant and helpful to get me acquainted with the bike and service. I would definitely purchase from here again.
