Charlie Hearn provided outstanding, detailed and timely communication. His description and representation was totally accurate and was completely forthcoming in all aspects of the sale. He even picked me up at the airport, offered test rides, and was simply a great guy and fellow motorcycle enthusiast to talk to. This is a terrific complete motorcycle dealership with terrific personnel and products. I would definitely buy from them again even as an out of town buyer and they are worth the plane ticket to purchase there.

John B. is an absolute parts, riding gear & accy. wizard. How he keeps it all in his head I will never know. Michael runs a tight ship in the service dept. They are both friendly straight-shooters and I appreciate their hard work! You won't be disappointed with them I promise, I've known both of them for years!

“I went to Motorcycles of Charlotte looking to possibly buy a new motorcycle. After just a minute of browsing some BMW's, I was greeted and helped by Doug I explained my perceived needs/wants and he was able to answer questions and help me make an educated decision on what could be the best bikes for me. I had showed up close to closing time and told them I realized it was late, but he told me not to worry and would be glad to stay late to help me. I went back the next day and took a test ride on a Ducati. There was absolutely no pressure, just a friendly & helpful attitude. This is the sixth motorcycle that I have purchased over the past 35 years. It it with some experience that I can say this is the best motorcycle dealership that I have ever encountered. In summary, this is an A+ dealership. If you are considering a Triumph, Ducati, or BMW, this is the place to go. ”
