Amazing experience buying my Indian Chief Classic from Baker American Cycles! Stopped in on a weekend to look at bikes and what an amazing selection. Even better than the bikes are the staff - everyone was there to help and had a great attitude. They had free food, demos, and bikes galore. Nobody was pushy and they put the customer first. Was there late enough to see the care they put into taking the bikes in/out of the store every day and was very impressed. You will not find a better motorcycle dealer. They're not just there to just sell bikes - I've brought mine in for routine service (change pipes, oil changes, inspection) and they give you their full attention and service. Great follow up emails from Baker, invites to fun events at the shop and they want you to feel like family. Top notch!

Traveled with my lady from Phoenix, AZ to pick up an Indian Chieftain I bought via computer and phone conversations with Bobby Lowery and Shane (Finance). I started the process with Bobby and finished everything with Shane. They both responded quickly to my many e-mail inquiries. I really tried not to cause Bobby to jump through too many hoops, as others wanted to buy the same bike. Shane helped with making the purchase and financing close out smoothly. We received a couple of Baker Cycles t-shirts and some orange juice (my favorite drink) and headed back 2,500+ miles to Phoenix. Bobby called to check on us while we were traveling, which my lady and I really appreciated. Without the backrest and passenger floorboards we considered purchasing, my lady passenger was still comfortable on the Indian Chieftain the entire trip.

Awesome service! The Victory dealership in Raleigh closed. Gary (@ Baker) was battling numerous jobs short-handed and he was still able to quickly get my oil leak in. He even let me add a set of Kuryakyn levers and an oil change to the service! During my visit Jimmy and Gary both checked on me and were attentive while Jerry kept me informed and was genuinely interested in making sure the bike ran correctly and fit me right. Baker American Cycles is definitely worth the extra distance and I'll definitely be back for service.

I had looked for a good deal on a Bike for awhile and found it at Baker. I live three and a half hours away so I called Bobby and he had everything ready when I got to there. I would say Bobby is probably the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He answered all questions and was very friendly. When I got to the financing, Shane was great. I needed a passenger back rest and a heal shifter added and Derek put them on in no time and actually came to the parking lot to make an adjustment and show me a few pointers before I left. I would have to say that this was the best purchasing experience I have had from a dealer.

Buying my new scout from Bakers salespeople Jamie and Bobby, finance Dale was a great experience. I went to every dealer in Fayetteville to look before I bought. Some places didn't help at all. Some acted like it was a bother to help me but I went into baker more than once to look and was greeted with great customer service every time. These are good people and they stand behind what they say. Thanks again to Jamie, Bobby and Dale.
