I can't give owners Kevin and Heather Trosclair at MVCM enough praise for the quality and service that they provide. I brought an elk in and had many questions before and after the processing was done and they answered every single question and in a very timely manner. Very clean family oriented business. Customer for life.

We had two hogs processed last fall. The packaging is top quality and their italian sausage blend is seasoned perfectly. The facility is top notch as well...exceptionally clean!

We recently had a steer done here. They were exceptional to work with. They did a great job with out meat. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to have their meat prepared. If I have any future steers or pigs butchered, I know where I will go!

I just bought some pepperoni sticks from a photographer event he was at last weekend. I got the habanero flavor and I have to say these are the best pepperoni sticks I've ever had hands down! They have great flavor, they are a great size, packaged very well in vacuum packs, great price and the best part is they are not greasy at all! You can grab one and go knowing that your hands wont be all greasy. These are hand made and quality to the top. I wish I would have bought 10 packs… I'll have to stop by when I'm in the area… These are so good… I can't wait to try the summer sausage next time!
