Pretty disappointed with DD. I brought in a mature doe and only received less than 25 lbs of meat which includes the fat that was added in the burger. None of the quarters were ruined by the shot either, only a few ribs on each side. It also cost $140 which is extremely high for basic processing (no sausage, pepperoni etc.) The quality of the cuts and wrapping was pretty good although the burger wasn't vacuum sealed. I wont be back.

Super disappointed! They charged me $300 for a spike elk and I only received a little over 100 pounds. I wouldn't recommend going there whatsoever. Total rip off
