Shondra was AMAZING!! Super helpful & knowledgable about what unit would suit my needs. She took time out (even when they were closing & she other things to do) to explain how everything works & where my unit was... she even helped me run through gate 3xs because my dumb head has a hard time with codes and buttons!! It is conveniently located, and has climate controlled or outdoor units. I began renting space here in January or February of 2016, when it was owned and called Neighborhood Storage, and am still there. After the August 2016 flood, and a change of ownership; the rent increased significantly; rules, deadlines, late fees, etc. became more strict and complicated; and less service friendly. Past owners kept things easy and simple, the rates cheaper, rules and late charges reasonable; and while they stuck to the rental agreement, were tenant friendly, not as strict, and any issues quickly and compassionatly handled.

I miss the the old owners. Customer service is awful. They are not personable at all. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Looking for new facility

This new company is horrible! Horrible billing update! Will not help you with late fees because they won't keep your credit card on file! Call you to tell you your late payment but you get redirected to a customer service rep of can't answer questions but can only send a message to a dumb Sales girl who then tells you she can only charge you your rate plus late fees because she forgot to set your credit card up the last month! Horrible people wish old owners still owned it! DO NOT RENT STORAGE HERE
