Tellus Self Storage - All About

I’ve had a few issues with water damage but they didn’t seemed to be too concerned. Inside the storages are nice but the outside needs some work. Was late ONE time out of 2 years. They DONT waive late fees for the first late payment even under certain circumstances! They will not work with you. Seems to be a little money hungry. Looking into moving my items somewhere else.

The gounds are well maintained and security is provided. I like that fact that I can access my storage unit at all times. Mr. Burnell always goes the extra mile to assist me when needed.

Ashley was wonderful! She is very kind, friendly and was helpful. Glad she is a manager there because she gave us a welcoming and able to accommodate our needs for larger climate controlled unit. LOVE, love, love the idea of getting the "Use of the free moving truck!" I've never known a company to do that. Great way to save us money. This company has to be the best, friendliest around. They offer FREE moving truck, GREAT MANAGER and SERVICE, as well as reasonable LOW PRICES, and that's definitely a way to make customers feel a warm welcoming. The whole experience should be credited to this company because they definitely hired a great manager. Thanks Ashley for everything!!

They have nice storages there,,but have to get those big rats under control...The storages are nice.
