Safeguard Self Storage

Erica was wonderful to work with at the Jefferson Street location. She was very hospitable and explained everything thoroughly. The storage units were easy to access. I really like that they are all 1st floor units! It's very difficult to store a 3 bedroom house on the 3rd floor, if you know what I mean. Climate control is available as well. Thanks for everything, Erica!!!

Erica Moore, the assistant manager at the jeffereson hwy. location, receives 10 stars for excellent customer service. She is a Professional.! She answered all of my questions and it was a pleasure talking to her. This is my first experience renting a storage unit. And I will recommend Erica, Safeguard to all of my friends, family.

Safeguard Storage was there when I needed them. Wayne was very helpful when getting me prices on several units I was interested in and even gave me a tour to see all the sizes available to help me make up my mind. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other facilities I visited. The level of security has me comfortable knowing my belongings will be safe. I highly recommend Safeguard Self Storage to anyone.

Clean, quick check in, great prices and friendly staff. Convenient location for storing LSU student items over the summer (there are a few closer, but upon driving past them, I quickly made my way to Safeguard).

Moving is alway stressful and difficult. Safeguard made it so EASY! The lady who works there is AMAZING. She was so helpful and fast. Took us maybe 20 min to get the best price and finalize everything. I'm sorry I don't have her name but she was working today. Thanks for everything Safeguard!
