My son came in town for a wedding in Bham. Had been fitted for the tux beforehand. The tux was too small and I’ll fitted. When I returned the tux , the woman could care less. For 209$ you should get some apology. All she had to say was well we have a warehouse downtown, he could’ve gotten another size. Well that’s passing the buck. You should have made him try it own and made the changes needed. When a bride and groom put their trust in a company , the company should make sure these suits fit. Most people are coming in from out of town etc. Poor. customer service. Putting the fault on the customer

AWFUL experience! I went in to get try on my clothes and everything was wrong!! I went back the next day to try on the new tuxedo they ordered for me and it wasn't the same tuxedo I ordered! It was a different kind! They claimed they couldn't get me another one!!
